Very smart doctor

Very smart doctor! I've been seeing him since 2006ish. My husband finally got into the spirit of things, now Dr. Rush can be his hero as well. 😃

I am very grateful to have Dr. Rush for my doctor! I moved here from another state and I am so glad to have a doctor that takes time with his patients!

Great experience with Dr. rush, I was called back within 5 minutes of finishing my paperwork. Dr. Rush was very kind, thorough yet efficient. I was able to get my lab work back the same day. The nurse/medical assistant Kaitlyn was very nice too! My only complaint was the woman at the front desk not understanding my insurance co-pay. Once I explained it she agreed with me, however if I didn’t go in knowing that information I would have paid a $20 co-pay for no reason. She was also very nice though! Maybe just more training on the co-pays. Great experience over all! I was able to schedule my appointment pretty quickly as well, so I don’t understand why someone here said it took 3 months. That was not my experience.

Best doctor I have received care from in the service as well! Listens to the patient and is a really genuinely wonderful person!

As far as Dr Rush, he is great. His Lab and front desk staff sucks. I went to get blood work. I wore my own mask. After waiting over an hour only 3 people had labs done and I was called up to the front desk. Front desk Staff tells me “you cant wear your mask”. I said “why is that?” She said “your mask is not certified “. First she doesn’t know anything about my mask. She has not read the certification for my mask. Secondly, why wait an hour to tell me this. I asked why the labs are taking so long, she said the lab tech are by themselves and are taking their time. They are always by themselves. Every time over the last few years I would show up at opening time for labs, the tech is always 30+ mins late. Labs have never been has never been completed in a decent tome limit. It is always an hour+ wait. Horrible service.

This place is so disorganized. The front desk staff are rude. They do not explain that blood work needs to be done two weeks prior to your appointment so each patient has to make two separate trips. They do not allow a patient to have an appointment and blood work in the same day. They do not call with results and on two separate occasions the results have not come in the mail like they claimed. This is not standard practice for a PCP office. They had the wrong medication listed in my chart. How does that even happen? The doctor says one thing and the front desk staff say another. They’ve lost my trust and my business.
