Dr. Middendorf has been one of the best doctors I have seen. He takes the time to really listen and he genuinely cares about his patients. He has helped me with pain relief and I am forever grateful. The office staff is very kind and helpful, too. The Milton office is the best location in my opinion. ??

Dr Middendorf is a very pleasant and thorough doctor. I have a very good visit and had injections in neck and back to relieve pain. Would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing pain and discomfort.

I have been seeing Dr. Middendorf for several months now. I never feel rushed or that I am just another patient. He has taken the time to explain to me reasons for my pain and with the help of a few injections and referral to a great physical therapist, I am much improved. He has saved me from my initial concerns for back surgery. I was worried about seeing a pain doctor and that pills were just going to be pushed my way - thankfully this wasn't the case; I am glad my pcp sent me here!

He doesn't care about the quality of life his patients have. Doesn't listen to the needs of his patients and is more concerned about his laptop than helping his patients so they can be out of severe pain. I would not recommend my worst enemy to him.
