I liked and respect Dr. Patel however having 3 ultrasounds of leg I had 3 different techs and 3 different opinions.. when questioned 1 tech replied.. Coastal swaps us around daily.. the tech was not happy with swapping different clinics and I don't understand how a tech can become familiar with patients which I see as advantages for tech and patients. Seems rather strange.. If you read reviews this is major complaints by employees..

I had no issues with Dr. Patel other than I have not had him discuss my u/s report with me for more than a month now since he had to leave for surgery during my consult. Instead the surgery scheduler left a voice message 2 weeks after my appt to schedule a surgical procedure, before I knew the results and it was not even recommended by the doctor. I only found this our bc their office manager Libby, was the one to discuss my results with me, not the doctor, which I'm pretty sure is a HIPAA violation bc a licensed professional should be discussing my initial results with me and there after a staff member can go over results with me for scheduling purposes. The office manager was rude and then ensured I was blacklisted since she claims I treated her poorly. I'm getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere, and this new office said they've had many patients come to them from Coastal Vascular bc of this same situation of not getting their results.

I have had no issues with them. my uncle is in the first stages of dementia and they have been above and beyond helpful concerning him. I highly recommend them

I have been a stent and surgical patient with this group since 2015. I am sure that when you see a negative comment about this group, there is another side to the story. My experience is that their customer service ranks right up there with Chick-fil-a. All aspects have been exemplary for me. I sincerely care for these folks and I believe that it is returned in kind.
