Community Health Northwest Florida 12Th Ave Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

We love Dr Kania All 4 of my boys go there and over a span of 2 years the wait time and trying to get someone to answer the phone has gotten AWFUL I called 6 times to try and reschedule my sons appointment to the point where i had to wait 35 minutes to FINALLY speak to someone well after his appointment time and then it was a “no show” when i called hours before the scheduled appointment . Drs and nurses are awesome front desk staff NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BIG TIME

Great staff Dr. Lanza is so sweet and caring ❤ i have been taking my daughter there since she was born 8 years ago and they have been amazing

Ive been taking my kids to Dr. Lanza now for 7 years and love it. I followed her when she went to Cantonment Pediatrics and now we back at 12 ave because I love how she care for my kids. I just have one problem and its the rudeness of the the girl that checks patients in. Not friendly at all. Never been to any doctor office and I had to be the greeter.

I love Dr. Lanza and Ive been coming here for over 5 years. In the past year the wait time has become horrendous and quite frustrating. Im a very understanding person and know I know nothing about working in a dr office but being in a simple well check shots or sick visit and having to be here for 2 hours is awful and frustrating and the whole time youre waiting you can hear the staff laughing and conversation the entire time.. It wasnt like this before we used to be here for an hour tops even on busy days. No even slow days are at least 2 hours. Ive waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes. Then finally get in a room and wait there for 45 plus minutes. Really hope they find a solution or we may have to change doctors due to this and that makes me very sad as Dr. Lanza has always been my childrens pediatrician and knows them fairly well. We are a working family of 5 and very busy and this is very inconvenient.

I have been taking my kids to this office for about 3 years now and I love it. The staff is amazing and super friendly and we love dr. Lanza and the NP Julia. I’ve been to other pediatricians and other doctors and have always had a long wait but I’ve never had to wait very long here. I appreciate how much the staff seems to actually care about my children. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else

DO NOT RECOMMEND I called to make my daughter a follow up appointment to which i was told we had been discharged for no shows. Any time i havent been able to make it ive called. The last two times i had to cancel within 24 hours because they couldnt get her in previous to that day and she got so bad during the night we ended up at sacred heart. The receptionist kept referring to my child as a him shes a female. The front desk is rude and extremely unapproachable.

Been taking my children to Dr. Lanza for the last 18yrs. I have never had any problems with wait times or the staff. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Ive followed her every time she has moved. Absolutely love her she is very understanding my son is ADHD and she helped us get him on the right medicine and was very patient with our concerns. I will continue to take my kids to see her

I have been taking my kids to Dr Lanza Pediatrics for almost 11 years and I just absolutely love her and her staff.
