I submitted a transfer for my prescriptions out of community health to go to my new pharmacy back in December. It's now January. my new pharmacy not only mentioned that the pharmacy owned by this company refuses to even speak to them, they put the tech straight to voice mail to deliberately make them hang up. So we tried getting a response from the prescriber to give a new prescription and cut the pharmacy out. I get an email today from the pharmacy I am going to now saying both the doctor and the pharmacy owned by community health are not responding to their inquiries for transfer. just so you know folks...this has gone on for two weeks as of this review being posted. If you can..put this company in the rear view mirror and leave them behind. not worth the headache.

I just tried to make an appointment and was asked for my social security number over the phone. Is this customary now when making an appointment to give out your social security number to the appointment scheduler?

I was at dental office on Fairview today and everyone was very nice and polite. I was given several different medications to take in preparation for an extraction. I was told I would be contacted about the date of that extraction. I did have the prescriptions filled but then received a text message saying my next appointment was 6 months away in May of 2022. I've called a few times and left a message and also called and left a message through the main line. my main concern is whether or not to start the prescriptions since I have no idea what the date of the extraction is going to be. Is there another way rather than driving 40 miles to their office to get an answer. I know they're really busy and I also know that there's a shortage of employees everywhere right now oh, so I'm willing to wait but waiting means not taking the medication.

What a great community service to have a clinic next to Waterfront Mission. This is so helpful to the people who are in the area with no transportation to get to a doctors appointment. The staff at the clinic is wonderful. Ryan Bianco is very caring and knowledgable.

I just had my first visit with the Community Health Dental office and was very happy with their care! Very thorough and upbeat. Was a nice experience with wonderful people and I love they played music😊 Thank you!

they dont let u look at your results of tests you have done like a1c and blood work unless u make a appointment these are patients records not yours
