Community Health Northwest Florida Adult & Family Care At West Jackson Street's Online Review Report Card

Had an appointment scheduled for at least two month and they waited until 9 hours before my appointment to cancel because I was a new patient and the doctor decided he was leaving early. Not to mention someone from the office called the day before and said NOTHING about having to reschedule. Don’t waste your time trying to get in here. Now I have to either wait until Jan to be seen or try to find another doctors office that actually prioritizes their patients, new or old. Very disappointed.

I was impressed by the genuinely friendly and kind employees. Everyone from the receptionist that squeezed my daughter in for her appointment after a mistake by the 9th Avenue office about my daughter's pediatrician changing locations to the nurse and doctor who also arranged for her to be seen. To the professional and personable nurse and doctor that interacted with my daughter. It's important for children to have a positive impression of doctor's offices at a young age and I greatly appreciate the efforts and attitudes of the employees.

I have been trying to get medical supplies for a month. Olivia with client support has been working on my behalf as if she were trying to get them for herself. To say the least she went above and beyond.

Horrible incompetent outfit, they do not care about anything other than impersonating medical care. Tri-care even dumped this outfit and their credentials have been taken for malpractice. Do not go there

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Employees, except for Paul, are rude and show total lack of empathy. They go thru doctors like crazy and never know who you will see. Waited 2 weeks for refill to be called in, still hasn't been done. Got feeling from doctor I was wasting her time, suggest new career out of healthcare for her. My Oncologist noticed they have me on blood pressure medicine I should not be on, he recommended new PCP that I have a appt with next week. Do not go here treatment is substandard, one star is too much.

I had an appointment at this clinic for a follow up from a hospital stay after having a stroke. Unfortunately at this time, i don't have a primary care physician. My appointment was yesterday 8/19/24 before noon. I was told that the physician would send several prescriptions to the pharmacy to be filled. Nothing has been sent over as of 8/20/24 at 12:45 PM. I called and was told the physician has not finished my chart, and a new patient chart may take several days. I am completely out of one of the blood pressure medications that I have been prescribed. They seem to have absolutely zero since of urgency here and I really don't feel like they are at all concerned with patient well-being. I would recommend that you find a different place to get medical care if it is at all possible.

I took my 90 year dad to his 1:00 appointment, of course he's not a fast walker....a staff at your clinic saw us and gave assistance....she appeared to be leaving, possibly for lunch, but took the time to provided us with customer care....Shout out to Suzann O'Connor, not only giving us assistance with a wheelchair but push my dad to his PCP office...I can't thank her enough, thanks for going above everything for my dad. We need more hearts like her's. I pray God bless you with your hearts desire..Thanks so much.
