The head tech Vicara is a truly dedicated person and wants everyone to exceed in life. She takes you to all of your appointments and encourages you to go and to keep your appointment.

My child got referred here what a disorganized place. We had to get a paper prescription and they have lost it once and messed up the dates twice and even if you call and talk about it when you get there they have no idea what you are talking about. My favorite part is if you havent been seen in 6 months they close your case without telling you or letting you know that. So you get the start the whole process over YAY So if you are looking for people that dont know what they are doing treat you poorly and if you like making calls that wont be answered back EVER. This is the place for you GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY May the odds ever be in your favor.

I tried to detox from subs here. On the 3rd morning they came in and asked me was I ready to leave. There were people that had been there a week from alcohol abd fentanyl and they were still there when I left. I do have to say they take good care of the patients while they are there but they rushed me out for some reason.

Consistently cancel appointments without notifying you making it impossible to keep up with med refills. My kids have been onnwithdrawl from their meds several times due to this offices negligence. The drs are insensitive diagnosed my children without ever seeing them or speaking with them through zoom. The front office is incompetent at best. They make apps then tell you the appt never existed. Find somewhere else for your kids.
