List of Community Health Northwest Florida Pediatric Convenient Care's Reviews
Went to this clinic today and no one was there. There was a car out front in patient parking but when I brought my kids inside no one was there. Not at the checkin counter the waiting room or as far as I can see or tell. I called the number to the office and the phones ringer was off but the light was blinking at the top of the phone. Saying hello loudly and repeatedly knocking on the door did not get any response. We were here about 20 min before deciding to leave. The hours for Sunday say open until 6pm and clearly they were open but again no one was present to assist patients that came in.
Not even answering the phone. Supposed to be open until 8pm and phones going straight to voicemail at 6pm.
I was very skeptical about this urgent care however my child was sick and I didn’t have many options on Sunday morning. I came in Sunday morning with an infant and was quickly checked in and brought back in for evaluation. The front receptionist was very nice and polite the nurse was very sweet and caring and the doctor saw us quickly. The doctor went out of his way to fully evaluate and test my infant and diagnose him. He took the time to educate me on his illness and provided print outs to make sure I knew what to do when I got home. He also provided samples of medications and showed me exactly what to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend this urgent care to other parents.
This place is terrible
Most visits are better than some. The receptionist was impatient. It was a miscommunication and she really made annoyed faces in my face and to the other receptionist. Are you 45 or 5?The doctors are really nice though. The nurses are amazing They’re kind and they really listen.
this place just needs to be shut down. those people are horrible for being “nurses” that are supposed to be caring for people. So rude and gets an attitude for no reason even when just asking normal questions
The two times I have taken my daughter have been terrible experiences. My daughter had to stay in the hospital she had a very serious case of pneumonia. I was told to get her checked out by her doctor and a lung doctor said he wanted to see her because of the severity of her illness. The first time I took her a tall Caucasian nurse and she was very rude she then got an attitude because she didn’t want me to help my daughter with her shoes. My daughters appointment was at 1 and it was close to 3 and she still wasn’t seen and never was seen that day I had to reschedule and on that day I gave the tall Caucasian nurse my daughters info and she took it and wrote it down. When I came back for the appointment we had rescheduled we checked in a were waiting in the lobby then I get a phone call from a number I didn’t know she didn’t say she was a nurse and she did not say the clinics name this is how the conversation went. Me HelloNurse Is this the parent of My daughters nameMeyes who is this?Nurse are you in the building or outside?‘Me what? Who is this?Nurse are you in the building or outsideMe I’m at my daughters doctors appointment who is this?Nurse were coming to get your childMe what are you talking about?Nurse were coming to get your childAnd she hung up. I had no idea what was going on I stepped outside to speak about with my husband and another nurse calls and let’s me know that was them it was a African American woman. I asked her why did she call me that way and why did she hang up and she said I’m going to argue with you so I said ok collected myself and focused on my daughter. While in the room waiting for the doctor every single nurse was bad mouthing me. Someone even had to tell them to stop that I could hear them. 1000% unprofessional You guys will be hearing from me again I am not letting this go And to top it all of Dr.Muir was talking to me as if I was stupid and said she wasn’t going to write a “random” referral. The lung doctor has called asked why my daughter has not been in he said it important for her to come but because of how your nurses and doctor acted she’s still waiting
The wait is ridiculous. It’s not even busy there’s me and probably one other person in the next room and I’ve been here almost 2 hours with an infant.
Took my daughter in and the woman behind the desk refused Tiffany to serve us.They say they close at 8p.m. got there in enough time to be seen had to go to the ER for a minor issue .Usually dont have any issues but today service was a big zero.
Overall just a really great experience. From check in to when we left everyone we encountered were friendly professional and compassionate. We visited this clinic on Wednesday December 30th 2020. Couldnt be happier with our service my son wasnt scared or uncomfortable in the slightest and he even had to have a wound drained He is 5 and handled it like a champ because of how great everyone was especially the ARNP that we saw.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
