Can not get a hold of anyone to make my appointments 😭😭😭
I was wrong for the post I made complaining. These women work so hard and are always so nice. I had another appt today and it could not have gone better. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The lady who answers the phone is a trooper. That phone did not stop ringing and she took call after call. So please be patient with them as I will be also.
EVERY SINGLE OFFICE THIS COMPANY HAS IS OVERLOADED WITH PATIENTS. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS JUST TO BE SEEN. If i could give this place less than one star I would. Its absolutely shameful and something needs to be done. Their patient base is much larger than they can handle. The patient is who suffers because of this. At least the staff is nice its the ONLY good thing about coming here.
This place is a total joke anymore Ive been trying to get a extraction for close to over a year now and it just keeps getting rescheduled over and over again think Ive seen them a total of maybe 2 times in like 2 years
Ive read all the reviews and my heart goes out to those that had a negative experience but it seems to be focused on the waiting which wasnt that bad. They see lots of people and from what I saw and experienced they were doing a fantastic job. When you were called back you got nothing less than their undivided attention and a fast assessment. The lady who checked people in couldnt have been more kind caring if she had to what a pleasure she was. Everyone from the dental assistant to the dentist himself who is crazy hot lol was very competent and professional.
to be fair about this and not to wrongfully condemn Ive been there a few times myself. i dont think their staff has ever been rude to me. and the pandemic has caused just about everyone to neglect their jobs. and i found the staff to take e very precaution against the covid19 virus from providing mask if you dont have one to gifting the sign in pens to whoever puts them in their hands to avoid contact with each other. my only problem is probably my own problem for requesting an oral surgeon to extract my upper plate and teeth. i had no idea when making such a request that the oral surgeon they referred me to was going to want to hospitalize me and give me a full mouth extraction. i feel there is no need for this and my lower teeth were not the problem and i was planning on seeing a cosmetic dentist for that issue. its been over a year and that referral is expired and Im stil periodically on anti biotics to hold back the infection. hopefully and prayerfully i will get another appointment here and they will assign me a dentist that is willing to help a person that is on medicaid in the first place for high anxiety and fear of being alone and the thought of being put on general anesthesia for a tooth extraction is ridiculous when you consider the oral surgeon has already extracted 4 of them in one visit a couple of years ago but keeps pushing the hospital on me when Ive done just fine in the dental chair. oh well i have to try again with this dental clinic because nothing else is an option and to be honest Ive been impressed with their dentists so far.
I wanted to make sure to leave a good review because all of the bad ones almost kept me from going here Im a college student with no income or insurance and I have a long history of dental issues. I felt a pain in my tooth and was worried it might be an infection and I learned from experience that it would need to be handled right away. I did try to call and didnt get to speak to anyone but I decided to show up for their emergency walkin hours and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were very sweet and patient with me and the hygienist and dentist were amazing. They did my exam and discovered I have a small cracked filling so Ill be coming back to them in the future to treat that and to start routine dental care for the first time since high school. I was in and out in an hour altogether
This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to.What’s the point of making an appointment when you’re going to be sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. You have to at least call over 50 times before you can get an answer . Real unprofessional
Very unprofessional they just do not care about other people time. They have 15 people on the appointment book at 8am and you will leave around 4pm. You will spend your whole day in here. Last time I came I went grocery shopping and out to eat and I came back 3 hours later and my name still was not called
I gave 4 stars because the contact with the office is kind of differcult sometimes but I have to say I have been afraid of the dentist for a longgg time and I went here to have a tooth pulled and I almost felt ashamed at how nervous I was because they did so good I checked in at 750 and I walked out at 815. With no pain I even argued with the doctor about weather he actually pulled or got all of my tooth out.Today I was there again to get a filling and again I was impressed on how fast and how smooth my appt went also the nurses Ive had each time were Amazing I informed them I was afraid of the dentist and so the nurse made sure she asked me of I was okay or how I was doing an would tell me I was doing good and reassuring me that I would be quick and easy.i hope every visit after today is as great as my last two

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
