Cornerstone Surgicare's Online Review Report Card

I had surgery on my ankle 6/24/22. This was my first surgery and I was a bit apprehensive. The staff at Cornerstone were amazing and made me feel at ease. The front desk lady (I can't recall her name) was the sweetest lady and so helpful. The RN's that took care of me, Steve and Evan, were amazing. They were both kind and attentative. Dr Nilssen was the best. I am so glad I was referred to him for this surgery. The anesthesiologist walked me through the process and made me feel better about being intubated. Everyone I encountered at Cornerstone were both professional and personable. They made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this facility for outpatient surgery. Thanks to all the staff for all you did for me.

This place is ridiculous and I'd give zero stars, if possible. Surgeries never start when they say they will. When they take you're loved one back, make sure you give your hugs and kisses then because you won't see them again until after surgery, as you are not allowed to go back with them(even when they are sitting back there for 4-5hrs waiting for their turn). The front desk is rude and instead of actually going in the back to find out information for you, they just say, they'll come and get you when they're done.

This outpatient surgical facility was very clean and the nursing staff was patient and helpful. That being said, the front desk staff whose name I was unable to see because the badge was flipped, particularly the staff member in the receptionist position was very rude, abrupt, and for all intensive purposes behaved as if my presence was inconvenient to her. I was required to have a ride too and from the facility, and required to be at the facility one hour prior to my designated surgical time. My required persons was told for the duration of the wait and the procedure they had to wait in their car. They are also required to stay on the property as I was informed if they left for any reason, the facility can refuse to do the procedure. Personally I find this policy unacceptable. The only kindness from the desk staff is my partner was permitted to come in to use their bathroom. The front desk is the face who should reflect warmth and compassion. Also, this is a small facility, there are not that many recovery rooms, so one or two persons waiting does not overwhelm their waiting room.

This is the most professional medical TEAM I’ve ever seen in my life. Dr Pableo Concepion is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had the experience I had at Corncerstone Surgical Center anywhere else. I’ve used Cornerstone many many times over the years and the experience I’ve had is the most professional medical team I’ve ever been exposed to in my entire life. Each medical team member has an important role that is performed in order to literally get you in and out as fast as they do. Once your wheeled back for your procedure, you lay on the table and there’s at least 6 staff members that are taking care of you at the same time with very specific and detailed duties that are required of them .… More

Cornerstone Surgical Center gets my vote. From the time I signed in to my wheel chair ride out it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend this surgery center to everyone.

Had ankle surgery 3/10/20 by Dr Erik Nillsen , this small surgicenter couldn’t have been any better. Clean, all Staff were polite, professional yet personable. Things were very efficient. Some of the names that stuck out were Steve, Shondra, Aiden , and lots more. From the front desk to discharge , i felt comfortable and safe. Thanks for all you do for the people of the Panhandle. Messrs. Cornestone, it is very clear to me that you collected the amount of 170000 thousand dollars plus adjustments for the ambulatory hospitalization concept for the 8 hours of permanence for the surgical procedure that was performed on October 10, 2016, which seems to me that the cobrofue excessive taking into account that ambulatory hospitals have lower rates for the service of the facilities and when asking for an invoice they sent me a bill that never clarifies the charge for the ambulatory hospitalization and has no paracecido with an invoice sent by the doctors or the medical centers at the level of your corporation that you promote, I only hope that it does not happen to any patient that wants to contract with you.
