If you are looking for a Radiation Oncologist, look no further…Dr. Rountree is an awesome doctor with a wealth of experience. He gets with each patient at a minimum once a week during the treatment cycle to see how the patient is feeling and to answer any questions they may have. I am very particular and he exceeds my expectations. In addition, his staff reflects the same professionalism and care. This is a direct reflection not only how the patients are taken care of, but the employees also. You will never feel rushed when speaking to Dr. Rountree….When you walk into Woodlands for the first time you will find a staff eager ready to help you and answer any questions to put your mind at rest. Dr. Rountree is a very knowledgeable compassionate doctor. He explained my cancer with a diagram and not only answered all my questions but helped me understand each procedure. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

When we found out that my mother had cancer we had no idea what that entailed. After all her surgeries and countless appointments we were sent to radiation. I'm eternally grateful to Dr. Rountree and his staff. Cancer definitely sucks but with people like this in your corner you feel like you can conquer it. Thank you!!! Thank you for being so patient with us. Thank you for your care and attention. The love that you bring to everyone that walks through those doors is unlike anything I've seen before.

Dr. Rountree and his staff were very accommodating and had a strong sense of caring. I got the feeling that we were all in this together. Dr. Rountree, himself, was very personable, and very knowledgeable with the ability to make things easily understood. I enjoyed immensely our times and conversations together. I heartily recommend Dr. Rountree, his staff, and the Woodlands Medical Specialties facility. I drove all the way from Destin to Pennsacola for my treatments and was glad to do so.
