Dr. Jagger is the best there is in Pensacola. He should not be you last resort he should be your first stop. He is very straight forward and talks to you not at you. If you are looking for the best you need Dr. Jagger.

Dr. Jagar is at the pinnacle of his profession. He is a caring, knowledgeable and outstanding physician. He is completely risk averse. He will not prescribe medications that have not underwent rigorous testing. He simply refuses to use his patients as "guinea pigs". On the flip side of the coin he will listen to what you have to say and work with you to try other proven solutions if that which you are taking is not effective. I highly recommend this outstanding doctor.

Would not recommend Dr.Jager! He seemed intellectually to know his job, but very dismissive and uncaring. Left his office feeling terrible! He really doesn’t have the personality to be in the mental healthcare field.

My son was charged $110 for showing up ten minutes late despite calling ahead of time to notify the office that he was running late. When he arrived to the appointment, they said Dr Jager had left. My son suffers from extreme anxiety and I am just surprised at the lack of grace that was given. When I called to complain about the “no show” charge of $110 for arriving ten minutes late, Dr Jager decided to discharge him from the practice. Not very caring for a mental health facility.

Dr. Jagger is very kind and interested in listening to me. He’s very knowledgeable about various topics and is willing to share what is beneficial to me. I truly appreciate him for the information he shared with me at my last visit. I would recommend him to family & friends. Btw… I just referred a friend to him.

Contacted office and requested a refill. A couple of days later was told refill had been placed. Contacted pharmacy to activate prescription and was told it was never received. Tried contacting office and left message since I never get a live person. Never received a reply. Good thing I haven't had withdrawal symptoms. Not Good

So far, Dr. Jagar has been one of the best Psychiatrists I've seen. I saw some negative reviews about the staff (I think it's the phone system honestly - they're very busy), but I've always been treated great! Jade just helped me move an appt up and was super sweet and professional. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Jagar!

This doctor made his patient whom is handicapped and has multiple risk factors for COVID-19 come in to his office. He would not do video visit putting his patients life at risk.

Dr. Jager is not bad himself, but the administration of the office is horrible. They act like you are bothering them, and they never answer the phone. I had an appointment and ran into traffic as I live an hour away. I tried to call, but of course no answer. I was 10 minutes late, and was told that he had just left. Why wouldn't you call me to confirm before he leaves? Terrible. Oh, just reschedule! yeah, I have to take off work and drive all the way down there, totally cool lady.

I have been a patient for over 6 years and I absolutely love this doctor ! He has always treated me with respect and a nice listener and helper ! I truly appreciate it as my anxiety is less because of your help can’t wait to see u again in September
