I was not happy with my visit and I would like to continue with West Florida. I feel that she did not listen to my concerns and also did not treat an ear infection I have had for 5 weeks. She also lowered my blood pressure medication that I have taken for years. I had ex termly high blood pressure when I came in and that was my main goal was to get back on it( I was not taking it for a month due to insurance issues). I was also supposed to blood work and was told that the lab was closed and when I was leaving there was a lady getting her labs done. Mrs. Denapoles then told me I can Come back Monday.... Well, I would have went back to an empty office since they are moving locations(REALLY) Oh, well I would really like to have different person.

I brought in all my recent labs, filled out all the paper work. Was there because I'm new to florida and needed a new doctor. My insurance company was bill 350.00. Totally nonsense. Do you tesewrch

I've been looking for a primary care for three years now since I moved. I'm so glad that I decided to come to this clinic because Christina is amazing. She was so knowledgeable, and honestly, she was incredibly helpful and understanding during a very stressful situation I was dealing with. She took as much time as I felt like I needed to make sure all my questions were answered and went beyond to make sure I felt like I was getting the best quality care. After seeing so many other doctors in search of a pcp, I'm definite that I've finally found a good choice.

Christina is very kind, knowledgeable, caring, takes a lot of time during your appointment if necessary. She is very thorough. I trust her and Dr. Willis 100%, and appreciate them so much! I highly recommend them both!!

After a year and a half of searching for a primary care doctor in the Pensacola area, I am so glad I visited Cristina Denapoles! As I told her all my concerns she wrote down everything I said and truly was listening. It’s so hard to find these days. Thank you to the staff at West Florida at Spanish Trail for being so kind and encouraging!

Cristina Denapoles, ARNP is so warm and friendly, and really listens. She is very knowledgeable about everything I have discussed with her. There is little or no wait in the office and She doesn't make me feel rushed either. Lab is right there. I highly recommend her to anyone!
