Very informative and will take the time to explain your options when addressing your concerns. Like him alot.

I spent years with some stomach issues that Dr. Dozer and his team solved in a few days, I was also told the year prior that I had some troubling areas during a colonoscopy, that Dr. Dozer's team ruled out completely. He's better than the last 3 Specialist I've had combined and I've sent several people over the years to him from work and he's solved their problems aswell. He's not a miracle worker, but he's as close as you're going to get. Also, his staff are incredibly professional, organized, polite and work in a timely manner which is not something I'm used to.

Terrible customer service, or shall I say none. Kept getting texts to reschedule my husband's appt, I would respond, and immediately it was taken. This went on for several days. No call back from facilty when I called to verify appt.

DR.DOZER AND STAFF ARE REAL DOWN TO EARTH PROFESSIONALS. THEY MADE ME COMFORTABLE AND HAD SOLUTIONS TO MY HEALTH. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

This is by far the worst doctor! Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I don't know if he is too busy or just that incompetent or both. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and only met him 1 min before the procedure every other appointment was with incompetent staff and always has an excuse why he couldn't make it to the appointment or they will outright lie and say he is with another patient that he got backed up.I would have dropped him long ago but I already spent thousands on the procedure I was hoping to get something our of it. I guess I have to start all over. WHAT A LOSER!

I am very sorry to say that I am very disappointed in Dr. Dozer's staff. Despite numerous phone calls to their office to ask that they please return my calls, I did not get any response. Today I called again and was able to actually talk to Emily Harrell's MA, Quita (?). I thought she was rude and short and without any empathy or kindness at all. I am sorry if she is stressed and overworked or whatever, but this should not be taken out on me. When I said I didn't understand why my phone calls were not returned and that after 2 weeks, I had still not received a copy of the reports as requested, I said that I was frustrated. Her response was "Yeah, well you were frustrated last time." What??!!!On a happier note however, I was very impressed with Emily Harrell, P.A. who I saw twice. She is very knowledgeable and was helpful with my gastro problems. I also like Dr. Dozer. However, there seems to be a significant problem with communication in their office. I wonder if either Emily or Dr. Dozer realize that this is happening because it is certainly a bad reflection on his office. I am tempted to find another physician who employs staff who are helpful, responsive and understanding.I am an RN myself and do not believe I am "bad" patient. I worked in a doctor's office for 9 years and understand the importance of prompt feedback and a caring demeanor. This is not the situation in this office.

I had been treated by two different Gastrologists over a rough 2 year period in Michigan after a Caribean Cruise , was prescribed massive doses of different antibiotics , I’d feel better for 3/4 weeks then it would start over I was living on Imodium , anyway playing Snowbird in Ala, last February of 2018 I was sos sick the Imodium wasn’t working my 2 Nd gastrologist ordered me more antibiotics , ,I. Never got better I called him again after finishing them ,he said your 1000 miles away go to the ER , so I called the 2 or 3 closest hospitals and none of them had a gastrologist on call , but Baptist had Dr, Dozer on staff , we went there the ER doctor thought I needed surgery so I was admitted ,the next day I was seen by a battery of Doctors including aDr, Dozer who after a brief synopsis said we,ll get to the bottom of this , ok multiple tests including a colonoscopy my third in 2 years,, my First gastrologist told my wife I was a hypochondriac, then Dr, Dozer sent his assistant in with my results she was thorough and talked to me for about 45 mins going back 10 years , Dr,Dozer sent his assistant in an she went back 10 years in my history of this issue ,she looked at me face to face instead of staring at a laptop,, she then came back after conferring with Dr, Dozer that yes after the cruise I had ecoli and salmonella poisoning, but that was gone but I had issues going back 10 yers that I masked with Imodium and the poisoning had thrown it in to high gear,he ordered me some medication, and told me I had to watch my stress levels , it’s about 10 months later and I feel terrific again I still have a IBS but the insanity and episodes are much further apart than ever , I can finally work around my yard , on cars and more importantly help my wife who is handicapped ,,thank yo Dr, Dozer for attacking this problem ,and your assistant I don’t remember her name but she listened to ME,

I’ve only been to Dr. Dozer one time for a consultation prior to a colonoscopy. I found him to be a very personable gentleman who was friendly and polite. He was not arrogant or condescending like some physicians can be. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Dozer.

Great listener. Actually calls patients himself with results. Best Gastro I have seen. Great bedside manner. Felt like he genuinely cares about my health. Asked the right questions to properly guide my healthcare and testing.

Dr. Dozer is very caring. He has done procedures on me after another GI doc botched one. I have toal trust in him.
