Dr. Jones performed my septoplasty and latera implants. I had very minimal pain after the surgery. So many people I talked to who've had this done said the pain was terrible. Well that was not the case with Dr. Jones. I had very minimal pain after the surgery. I'm six weeks out and am very happy! I can breathe so much better and my husband says I don't snore anymore. Dr. Jones staff are very efficient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!

Amazing service great staff worked well only problem I had was my insurance but they handled it perfectly went through 7 hr surgery with doctor jones and I came a day earlier for an appointment by my mistake and they still fit me in I don’t usually write reviews but he deserves one great place highly recommend !

Dr. Jones did my facelift and upper and lower blepharoplasty. He did a great job! I am so happy with my results. Dr. Jones, Andrea and the rest of the staff are very kind, caring people and I always feel like a VIP! Dr. Jones listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way which really helped with a surgery like that. And Andrea is just amazing; She was always available when I had any questions. They made the whole experience as smooth and easy as possible. I wouldn’t change a thing. 👍❤️😁

The staff at Dr Derek Jones facility at the MedicalCenterClinic / MCCEarNoseThroat in Pensacola located next to the West Florida Hospital are the absolute best. This is the ((ONLY)) 'ENT' facility in Pensacola that any patient in need should go to. Dennis at the front desk was an absolute gentleman and a true caring professional, very easy to work with. The appointment was with Jessica Byrd APRN-C, she is the very very best in the field. A genuine professional and pleasure. Alexis was there assisting and was also a real pleasure. 5 STARS..

Dr Jones is a amazing doctor. I highly recommend him. He rebuilt the entire left side of my nose after I had skin cancer removed. People I have told about the surgery cant believe it. You cant even tell I had anything done.
