Dr Denby has been my doctor since moving to Pensacola 3 years! I have seen many doctors in my 20 year military service and 26 years engineering career! He is unquestionably the best i have ever had and i have a history of stomach issues. I have never felt as good as i do now under his care! He consistently demonstrates Professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, caring, and personable! Never feel rushed or hurried during scheduled visits! Thank you Dr Denby!!!

Dr Denby has a great bedside manner / personality. He treated my father for several years before he passed away and he loved him! Now my wife and I both see him and have the same opinion. His staff has also been attentive and caring!

I have only seen Dr. Denby during routine procedures. Jennifer Harris is a good practitioner and is knowledgeable and thorough. The staff is generally very nice, however my recent experience has been less than satisfactory. I was to have a routine colonoscopy and instead of coding the procedure as preventative it was coded as diagnostic (I had no problems except a polyp years ago). I was not told that this was anything other than routine and was surprised when I received a bill from the hospital for $1,000.00. I contacted my insurance company and the hospital who both agreed this was a mistake and the coding was incorrect. If I had been told that I was going to be charged (which I have never paid for a colonoscopy) I would have postponed the procedure until I had the money to cover the expense, or I would have gone to another gastroenterologist to make sure there would be no cost). After numerous attempts at trying to get Dr. Denby's office to correct this they did not and the result is that I will be responsible for the entire bill as I have no co-pay on my insurance. Very disappointing and I will not be using this office any further.

I have never seen Dr. Denby except for procedures during which he normally seems rushed. Jessica Harris is very good, knowledgeable and thorough. Staff is usually quite pleasant. I would caution anyone scheduling a routine procedure (such as a colonoscopy) with them. For my last colonoscopy they coded the procedure wrong and even though both my insurance company and hospital said it was wrong they refused to correct it. This resulted in a $1,000.00 bill, I will no longer be using this office for that reason.

Dr Denby is one of the most professional and caring Dr I have found. He has been there for me helping me deal with the unusual medical issues and treatment plans from the beginning. He has a great sense of humor dealing with my OCD. His nurse Harley is also a caring and diligent when helping me with my needs. They are both an example of how. Dr & his staff should treat their patients !
