This doctor listened and he he ordered the right test to show I have RA! He will be missed in Florida!

I cannot express how appreciative I am of the care that I received with Dr. Jalbert. To say that he'll be missed is an understatement. Good luck in Alabama - we sure will miss you down here in Florida.

Dr. Jalbert saved my life. I was in severe pain over 10 years and went I saw him the first time, he knew what the issue was and treated it. Since he has treated me, I have more energy, less pain, and more quality of life. So, my message to you is Dr. Jalbert is AMAZING and he treats his patients with respect by listening to what they have to say which means more than anything else.

Dr. Jalbert is one of the finest Rheumatologists that I have met. I went to several doctors without results and Dr. Jalbert found my problems. Dr. Jalbert sits down and explains every facet of medications and your treatment plan. He has a fantastic bedside manner and I never feel like he rushes you through your appointment. I would recommend him to anyone who has Rheumatology problems. Dr. Jalbert is a credit to his profession and to the Baptist Health Systems.

Dr Jalbert is a fine young doctor. He has great "bedside manners" and is easy to understand. He utilizes computers and other state of the art equipment to explain his prognosis. I am 70 years old and suffering from arthritis, which required massive ANSAID and Tramadol dosages to easy pain and free joints, but ANSAIDS are detrimental to my kidneys. Dr Jalbert explained the science/MD to eliminate Uric acid which maybe causing all my pain due to it generating inflammation and adversely affecting my heart. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr.Jalbert and Staff have gone above and beyond than just the standard of care that is required. The staff always calls me back, always are willing to help provide me with everything I need and more. 100% the best staff! When I first saw Dr. Jalbert I cried at the first few appts cause I was in so much pain and frustrated. Now I can honestly say my day to day pain is managed. He has made every effort to go above and beyond for me more than any Physician. If one medication doesn’t work he immediately gets me in and changes it or provides different ways to make my pain go away which allows me to function. He is willing to do everything he can to provide the best care. He also listens, takes his time, and involves you in your treatment. His resume alone makes him one of the top Rheumatologist. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. You won’t find another Doctor who is more dedicated to his patients, medicine or research.

Dr Jalbert was excellent and professional in every way. He listened carefully to all of my symptoms and then treated me with excellent results. I had been having pain for nearly 6 months and following X-rays and treatment I have been pain free for nearly two months. I am not taking any routine medication to treat the problem and that was important to me. I would highly recommend Dr Jalbert. He was absolutely wonderful. This is rare today when most doctors rush you in and out and listen to very little you have to say. He also walked me out instead I’d leaving me to find my way out of the office. Very caring and helpful.

Their office will never return your call. I went there and told the nurse the medicine was not working - she said she would get with the doctor about changing my medicine. Never heard from them again! Very poor service for a medical professional.

Dr Jalbert is a good dr. The problem is his nurse. She called in a refill to the wrong pharmacy. I called her 4 times, the manufacturer faxed her 3 letters , & Star Pharmacy called her once. Everyone told her she sent the prescription to the wrong place. She told me,”to get my facts straight”. After weeks of this, I put in a call to the dr. She intercepts ALL calls. I never heard from him. She continues to argue that she sent the refill. She hung up on me. My medicine is due tomorrow. I do not have it nor can I get it. If you get your medicine from the manufacture at a huge discount- prescriptions are NOT transferable. It must be sent directly to the manufacture. His so called nurse is sarcastic, rude & absolutely will not listen to you. Go to a different dr so you won’t have to go thru weeks of what I’ve been thru. From a real retired nurse.
