Dr. Terrezza and his staff at the Palafox Location are PHENOMENAL!!! This has always been my experience every since I started going there years ago. Very warm sincere environment. Ms. Jean always have wonderful customer service and great attitude. All the staff there are genuinely perfect and great, THANKS as ALWAYS for the best and I mean BEST experience always!!!!
I had been going to the Bell-Terrazzi Clinic since 2016. This year I noticed a discernible change in attitude and procedures at the clinic. Upon first glance I noticed that there were all new employees. I asked if there was a Stalinist Purge among the employees, since not one remained from previous years. There must have been some discontent among the campers there. It is always a sign of good management if the "managers" have employees who wish to remain because they are treated with decency and respect- not just a good pay scale. I had also noticed that during the Covid Plandemic that all the workers were required to wear facial masks for their eight hour shift. I discussed with some of the employees that the wearing of a mask is contra-indicative for health maintenance. The main neurologist in Germany stated that it should be illegal to force people to wear facial masks because there is not enough oxygen to the brain cells which are never replaceable. There is not one scientific study that supports the benefits of facial masks for any flu virus. But who is paying attention to health science, especially at a "health clinic"? Every procedure there was robotic and all the workers, including the doctor seemed like automatons. When I checked out the optical side of the clinic for eyeglass prices, they were outrageous compared to other eye care places. The reason I chose to stay with this clinic was because they had the measurements of my lenses so I do not have to wait two weeks for another pair while my frames are at the lab.The new staff member stated that she could not find the records of my lens measurements because the computer was "updated" and they no loner have the records. So I would have to send my frames and lenses to the lab and not have use of my eyeglasses for at least two weeks. I guessed that Stalin's hackers attacked their computer department also. And the new hires are not efficient/competent enough to use a slide rule? I tried to contact the doctor who manages the store and requested that he call me so I can discuss why his new hires at the optical department of the clinic are so incompetent and aloof. The doctor was not respectful enough of his patients to return my call! That is extremely unprofessional, especially for someone who pretends to be in medical care.I subsequently, called other eye care clinics and got a quote for my lenses that was half the amount quoted by the Bell-Terrazzi clinic. Plus the other clinics stated that I could come into their clinic and they would take the measurements of my lenses so I can have use of my eyeglasses. They would then call me when the new lenses arrive.I do not recommend this clinic for eye care services.
We moved here a year ago and are still figuring out the best places to go. After being kept waiting for an appointment at Opti-Club for 1 1/2 hours I decided to look elsewhere. Happily, I ended up choosing Terrezza and Associates. They were extremely professional and had a huge selection of glasses. I was surprised at how thorough the eye exam was. It was a much more detailed exam than I had experienced before. Plus the price of my Silhouette glasses was reasonable and arrived within a few weeks. They also event gave me a nice discount since I don't have insurance for eye glasses. I highly recommend Terrezza and Associates for all your optical needs.
Worst experience ever with Dr. Terrezza.. we will not be going back. He was rude and talks about the clients behind their back.
Although the staff and Dr Bell are very nice, they have their best interest in mind and not mine their patient of several years. I have been charged extra for a 2 second look in my eye to see if there is an eye lash or something scratching my eyeball. i was give a refraction exam and I did need a new prescription. Humana told me if I was fitted for glasses that I don't pay anything and unless I went to an Opthamologist specialist I don't have to pay the $35. I called the office at Lillian Hwy an Fairfield to try and reason with the billing clerk to not avail. I either pay the bill or else. I chose the "or else" and will go elsewhere. Also I made the mistake of buying their glasses only to find out I could have saved 50% and more at Walmart without my insurance. I recommend you search for another place to get your exams and most certainly don't buy their glasses that are 100% more expensive than Walmart, and Walmart glasses are not Equate the optical shop has nothing to do with Walmart other than renting the space. The folks at Mobile Highway near Fairfield are fantastic. i love them don't use my insurance at all and get the best price. Take my advice run don't walk from Terrezza and Associates, they are nice but hit you where it hurts your pocket book.
Very poor. Phone is hardly ever answered. If it is, a ten minute hold is no exception. Eye exam took over two hours to get done, mainly because of waiting, waiting and more waiting. The dr offered me a pair of soft contacts to try, but I prefer rigid contacts. Those needed to be orderd. It would take a week. I paid $144 After almost three weeks, (and many phonecalls from me and many ten minute holds from them),I could finally pick my contacts up. Only to find out they were soft contacts. The exact same kind the dr wanted me to try in the store three weeks earlier. The girl behind the counter said she Needed to call the dr because I probably Needed a new eye exam. What?! They would call me, Which they didn't do. So I called them a week later and nobody knew anything. If you like fast, friendly and efficiënt, this is not your place
Dr. Mcdonneld did a wonderful job working with my wife and I. She let me know that my eyes are great and that even though I have a minor stigmatizing that I did not need glasses while other doctors would try to get me to purchase glasses that I do not need. This location also has a variety of frames to choose from!
My wife and 3 kids went to the office on Fairfield. They all got glasses and eye exams. My wife wanted contacts and I told her to wait until I got paid. When she went back to their business they told her she was just a few days over 30 days of getting her eye exam and would have to pay an extra 25$ on top of the 65$ eye exam. The receptionist was rude to us and the manager was rude by constantly cutting my wife off while she was explaining what happened. They refused several times to let my wife speak to the doctor. I hope the district manager and the owner read this. That extra 25$ fee for being a couple days past the 30 day mark has now cost the company 5 paying customers and a permanent bad review.
I had to call Dr. Terrezza's office on two subsequent Mondays with conjunctivitis in my children. They got me right in for an Appointment and started treatment right away. The staff was very helpful and I was extremely satisfied with the doctor's care. I would highly recommend Dr. Terrezza.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
