Being diagnosed with cancer is quite devastating to begin with. Add what seems like a lot of radiation and chemotherapy felt very much like "overkill." For me a second opinion, which everyone should have, brought a more mild regimen from this very conventional treatment. In the end my treatment choice is a more holistic approach. My immunue system has not ever been really great, and the documentation for losing hearing, my sense of taste, and weight loss was too great a chance for me to take. I encourage everyone to get a second, maybe even a third opinion. Dr. Lowrey is a very nice man, and his staff was very accommodating and professional!

I am a senior citizen and have seen many doctors during my long life. Dr. Lowrey is one of the most caring doctors I have visited. He seems to be very knowledgeable, very thorough and makes time to listen to you. He went above and beyond in helping me with a non-related coincidental medical problem, which further demonstrates a caring physician. His nurse Nancy is as wonderful and caring as Dr. Lowery. This posture is reflected throughout his entire staff, to include the front desk.

I highly recommend Dr. Lowrey. As per my experience, he is very knowledgeable of his trade and takes time to listen to his patients. His attitude was mirrored through his staff who gave me great care and concern, mixed with optimistic encouragement, during a very difficult time in my life.
