The receptionists were all welcoming. Dr Rush is friendly and showed concern for his patients wellbeing. He listened to me as a person and asked me questions concerning my medications to make sure that I know what I am taking those meds for. I think will surely keep him for my health provider.

This appointment was to be for a physical but my vision or hearing was not tested. I told Dr. Rush that I had moved and needed my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy and not CVS.. Well my appointment was on a Friday went to pharmacy to pick them up only to find out they never were sent. On Monday they were sent to CVS.

As a new resident to Florida from New Jersey which has some of the finest healthcare in the country I was so thrilled to have had such an awesome experience at West Florida Group From the receptionist to the nurse practitioner Monica I know my future health is in the best God given hands

I saw Monica Martin on July 1st. The office staff was very friendly and checked me in very quickly. I was ushered back within 10 minutes. The Medical Assistant I’m horrible with names so I apologize I don’t remember her name was extremely friendly and very thorough which I appreciate.Monica was very easy to talk to and listened to my history and concerns. I felt very comfortable in her presence and would highly recommend her.Finally I had my blood taken for labs and the that person was also friendly and knowledgeable. I received the results back in two days.Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical office. It seems as though they are a great team and they have their procedures down to a fine science. I felt that they respected how valuable my time is but yet didn’t skimp on service.

I love West Florida Medical Group. Unlike many other doctors offices I never have to wait past my appointment time. When I am sick and need an appointment I have always been able to see my doctor the same day that I call. Dr Rush is one of the very few doctors who is an excellent listener and genuinely cares about patients. Kate is very knowledgeable helpful friendly and also always listens. I would highly recommend West Florida Medical Group.
