Dr. TILLER AND MARION : THE MOST CARING, COMPASSIONATE, THOUGHTFUL, METICULOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR /NURSE COMBINATION I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. VERY DETAILED WITH PROCDURES, ATTENTIVE, MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS POST SURGERY. THEY PROVIDED EDUCATION AND TEACHING AND TIME FOR QUESTIONS/ANSWERS. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH ALL PRE AND POST INSTRUCTUONS. AND ARE AVAILABLE WHEN EVER YOU NEED THEM. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Dr. Tiller and Marianne were honest, kind and considerate through every step of the process! Dr. Tiller has skill and empathy that only experience can bring. When someone mistakes me as the father of my grandchildren, I tell them that I do not drink or smoke, and I know a good plastic surgeon, Dr. Tiller.

Dr. Tiller and his office manager went the extra mile from A to Z. Travelling, accommodations, transportation, post op care, etc. I would recommend Dr. Tiller for this type of surgery with his expertise in this field.

I’ve had the privilege of Dr Tiller, performing multiple procedures on me throughout the years, always with, an excellent outcome. His genuine, compassion and concern for his patients along with his amazing bedside manner. Make him stand out above all others. He has even visited me multiple times the evening after the procedure, and always calls to check up on his patients throughout the recovery journey. He is truly an artist and has mastered his craft well beyond expectations. Finding a physician who truly loves his patients, takes pride in his work, and has a genuine, love and compassion for everyone is an extreme rarity to come across these days.

I am so glad I found Dr tiller. He is the best. Trust me you will be so happy.

I've had several cosmetic procedures done by Dr tiller and all of them have turned out better than expected... Dr Tiller has an eye for detail and his medical expertise and surgical skill is beyond any other surgeon I've consulted with, or had work done by. My heath, healing and cosmetic desires have always been treated as a priority by Dr tiller and his staff. He's one of the best surgeons in the country without a doubt.

SEEK OUT SOMEONE ELSE - anyone else - given that virtually any other plastic surgeon is more qualified and caring than "Dr." Howell Tiller, GIVEN MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!The biceps implant that "Dr." Tiller placed under the biceps muscle seemed quite large, owing to what he described as "post-procedural swelling" that would eventually dissipate. It never did, making the simple act of putting on a suit jacket that had heretofore fit fine a labor given the "bulge" at the biceps. Strength training with free weights and even machine stacks progressively created an increased level of discomfort that eventually began to sap my strength.An MRI revealed a host of irregularities in the biceps muscle that were alarming - the muscle seemed to have striations of voids that were inexplicable. Subsequent surgery to remove the implant by the REAL SURGEON revealed that the implant has imploded, eating away approximately 25% of my biceps muscle. HE DESCRIBED IT AS NECROSIS, DEATH OF THE CELLULAR MUSCLE TISSUE BY THE SILICONE LEACHING FROM THE IMPLANT - in his words it appeared as if "a silicon bomb had gone off" in my muscle.CAVEAT EMPTOR, especially when it comes to executing that acknowledgment of NO MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. There are far more truly talented surgeons that can support a man in realizing his physical transformation goals - "Dr." Tiller should not even enter the realm of consideration.

He had a lot more NEGATIVE reviews, and they've been deleted. He did top surgery on me, and botched my chest. (I had to have 2 surgery's in total and it still isn't flat!) Not to mention that it's was highly obvious that he is inexperienced in that field at least. I have complications, and now my chest is botched, and has to be fixed by a doctor that is experienced in that field, he also did liposuction on me, and only did liposuction on my hips, and my lower stomach, which I thought was going to be all the way around. At least that's what his assistant told me, which they don't have very good communication. I ALSO HAVE BUMPS FROM THE LIPOSUCTION, AND PEOPLE I KNOW THAT WENT TO HIM HAS BUMPS! Just please RUN, and go to a different doctor if you are looking to get top surgery or liposuction. I refuse to go back, even for a check up. The worst part is before I got the second surgery in the hospital, his assistant PRESCRIBED me Xanax and told me to take that and he would do that surgery IN HIS OFFICE!!! RUN! I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD, I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!
