The team is always helpful, polite and patient. If you’re not pleased/happy with your eyeglasses or even your contact lenses, they will make it right!! Dr. Ballard is understanding and works with you to make sure you’re seeing your best, he’s willing to go the extra mile.

Seen on time. Every test done with care and explanation. Dr. Terrezza is superb. No BS, just excellent analysis of current state of vision. Our 3rd year going here and will continue as long as it's open. Insurance claim explained up front. Staff are friendly and competent. What a great place! Update: now on our 5th year and everything is still perfect!
