Dr. laggan & his staff are amazing ! He has seen me for a few things & always puts me at ease. He is very nice & his staff is awesome & always so kind !

THIS IS A MUST READ!!! Avoid Dr Laggan... read the other low ratings. If you are NOT going to get implants, then use another dentist. Very pricy and when I told him that I was opting for a lower denture rather than implants, he couldn't get me out of the chair quickly enough. I wish he had told me to just go to another oral surgeon. He proceeded with the extractions and said that there was no reason for me to come back to him for my followup... just go see my regular dentist. BUT, what he didn't tell me was that he had cracked 2 of my teeth along with jaw bone during the extractions. He just wanted me out of his office because he wasn't going to make money on me. And sure enough, I did have to reach out to my regular dentist.... 4 times... to try and pull out that bone/tooth material from inside my gums with tweezers and only a local anesthetic. Let me tell you that is NO fun. So... BEWARE or suffer a NIGHTMARE!!

Charged $180 for a simple consultation and sat there completely ignored for hours past my appointment time.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed as a 32 yr old woman .. I was told that it would be a hard recovery .. It was .. But Dr Laggan was there for me every time I needed him .. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone .. He is the best! I am so glad I walked out of timkos office!!!

After 6 months of leaving voice mails, in person messages, emails, and phone calls, my dental insurance company still has not received an invoice from this practice. Now my Carecredit no interest promotional period is over and I will be paying 6 months of back interest because of this office and their ineptness. They are not motivated to bill my insurance company, because they have already received their money from Carecredit. So therefore, I do not recommend using this facility or their services. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern, lack of follow through and general lack of care.

Going to an oral surgeon is not tops on my list of favorite things to do, but Dr. Laggan was engaging, informative, and made sure I was comfortable. The ladies up front are friendly, and the lobby is clean & inviting. He even called that evening to make sure everything was ok.

He was informative, educational and concerned regarding the quality of my bone since bacteria had eroded the integrity in my upper right jaw.

I had teeth extractions done by him, he was rude and snarky. I was previously being treated by Dr. Morris-who is amazing. It came time in my treatment where Dr. Morris couldn't help me anymore so I was handed over to Dr. Laggan. This was at the top of bad experiences going to a place for dental work. Also based on reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has felt this way about him. He could be a tad nicer how he communicates with his patients instead of being derogatory at a delicate time.

He removed my wisdom teeth five years ago (no pain or problems post procedure) and took part in my recent Jaw & Chin surgery and did a really good job. Highly recommend.

Dr. Laggan was great at working me in because of an emergency. Everyone was helpful and caring. Highly recommend this office.
