Dr mark and his staff made me feel at home and comfortable every step of my procedure im 68 and underwent breast reduction surgery and i couldnt be happier with the outcome dr mark snd the staff are the best of the best!

My breast reduction was the best thing I ever did! The pain in my neck was immediately relieved and the surgery went as smooth as it possibly could have! I love the staff and Dr Ortega

They were so nice it felt like they were my family and would even check up on me and the work he did was amazing

Horrible experience! Dr. Ortega performed a breast reduction on me and the sutures on my right breast were contaminated and I developed a wound abscess. I called him and he told me NOT to go to the ER and that I was overreacting. Thank God I used my common sense and went to the hospital. Doc was upset that he had to go back in and drain the wound abscess. Not only did he sleep in on the day of surgery, he drained the abscess, yet he made another unnecessary incision on my breast that looks horrible!! I had to stay in the hospital for 5 days on triple IV antibiotics in order to get my infection under control. He didn’t even bother coming to check on me after surgery. Thank goodness Sacred Heart Infectious Disease team had my back. Post op care is just as important as the surgery itself and I am very disappointed in the way he handled this situation. I reached out to his office months ago and of course he did not respond. I had to schedule a revision with another surgeon in a different city to fix his botched job. CHOOSE ANOTHER SURGEON!

This was a journey I did not want to take but Dr Ortega and his staff made every surgery like I was the only patient they had! The results are much better than I thought I could achieve. Cancer really is awful but Dr Ortega was the one bright lite in this whole procedure! So glad he was chosen to be my plastic surgeon!

Dr. Ortega did a spectacular job. Courteous, definitely a two way conversation and he listened and answered every silly question. His staff felt like family after a few follow up visits. I highly recommend this excellent practice!!!

Dr. Marcos Ortega recently accommodated me with an expedited major surgery at their in-house surgical facility (Did I mention he's a perfectionist cosmetic surgeon since he takes pride in and cares about the outcome of his work, a great doctor that's also funny). Ortega's cared for my individual needs like I was a member of their family and you'll feel at home because Dr. Ortega and his staff are kind, courteous, and professional that assist with every need to accomplish your objective and meet a final goal making you feel well about your choices and outcome.
