MIchael Vandenberg's Online Review Report Card

I can not get an appointment to save my life. I have called and called and left probably ten messages with the new patient coordinator and she will not return my calls. I have been trying for weeks now and can not get in. I don’t know what I need to do I have even shown up to her desk in person but she is very dismissive and doesn’t seem like she is very willing to help. I chose Dr. Vandenberg because he was highly rated and I called the front desk to check availability appointments for new patients and they said I could get in next week! But it’s been weeks and I can’t even get the one person who is responsible for scheduling new patients to give me the time of day. Also their referral system is insane and makes the whole process that much more difficult!

Well, we will never know if Dr. VandenBerg is a great doctor since the woman he has scheduling referrals refuses to schedule an appointment. After hearing the conversations that my mother had trying to get an appointment, I can only describe this woman as incompetent and uncooperative. I'd suggest getting someone else handle new patients.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Vandenberg. He is very detailed and very thorough in his diagnosis. I am thankful I have him as a doctor!!

Dr Vandenberg is a great doctor. He is very compassionate and always listens to me. He always explains everything fully. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been to Dr VandenBerg a few times now and I think he’s great. He listens to all of my concerns and offers options that work around them. Scheduling is easy and the rest of the staff is friendly and efficient. So happy I made the switch to his office

I felt like Dr. Vandenberg was there to learn about me. He was not in a hurry. He ordered appropriate test and his follow up visits have been as good as the first. I highly recommend this physician.

One of the best doctors I’ve ever had! Takes the time to answer questions & concerns, explains everything clearly, and never seems in a rush. The visit is always as long as it needs to be to address any additional problems or provide additional treatment.

Dr. Vandenburg diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. That’s the only thing that he’s done that’s helped me. No bedside manner, and asking me what the difference between hurting in my office as opposed to my bed has directly affected my mental health. I’m finding a different Dr. Good luck, everyone. Don’t put up with anyone who makes you feel small.
