We are incredibly grateful and appreciate of Dr. Ripps and the entire staff at NewLife. Dr. Ripps was very informative and honest with us during the entire process. We had previously been going through fertility with another clinic with minimal progress or answers for 2+ years. Dr. Ripps narrowed down our issues and got us on track. The nurses and staff were incredibly supportive and warm throughout the highs and lows of the process. We highly recommend Dr. Ripps and his team! Thank you for helping us bring our little boy into the world!

My husband and I started our journey to becoming parents 6 years ago. We started at a different fertility doctor in Tallahassee and were very upset with how we were treated. Once we made the switch to Dr. Ripps and his Tallahassee office everything changed. That's not to say it was easy; infertility never is. But the amount of care and compassion was infinitely better. Our journey to become parents took several years, two rounds of IVF and several FETs later we are forever grateful for our baby girl who is now 6 months old. During the process I almost gave up several times letting the stress of it all overwhelm me. Each time Deanna and Dr Ripps were SO supportive and encouraging with the perfect amount of humor thrown in. Dr. Ripps would always tell me we are gonna make you parents just stick with me. He was right and our Charlie Kate is wonderful. Because of their continued perseverance I have the joy of becoming a mother and watching my husband be the most caring and attentive Father. As they say "Perseverance produces parents" and they will be with you every step of the way.

Today marks 1 year since our successful IUI at NewLIFE Mobile! Our precious baby boy was born this summer, happy and healthy. Dr. Ripps was very thorough in determining what our fertility options were. Kathileen and Heather were phenomenal and made every visit as comfortable as possible. They are the best! We are forever grateful for their help in making us parents. They are all skilled clinicians, with the experience and expertise to deliver results. As a retired military family, we appreciated how all preliminary testing and labs were covered by Tricare. Our hearts are full of gratitude for this joy you brought into our lives. Thank you!

NewLIFE Fertility has been a huge blessing to our family! We started off with another fertility specialist in the area and had a terrible experience and switched over to NewLIFE. We could not have been happier with the change. We just had our 3rd baby girl 11/23/21, thanks to them. We thank them for baby girl #2 as well. Dr. Ripps was great and Kathileen and Heather took fantastic care of me and were always so wonderful with me and my girls at every appointment. I highly recommend them and the comfortable and more personal care they gave us. They are not only there for a paycheck, but truly care about the families they help!

I had high hopes for this place, but was treated like a number. We paid for the whole package workup they offer and got to to see the Dr. Ripps twice throughout the whole process. After all the testing I had to wait a month before Dr. Ripps was able to sit down and go over everything with me. I believe he looked at my chart 5 minutes before our meeting and asked me if we had ran certain tests that were stated in my chart, that he did himself.

My husband and I did not care for our experience here. We went through the whole fertility work up with them, and all of my interactions were fine until my final consult at the end with Dr Ripps. I was shown a series of graphs/slides showing statistics, and basically told donor egg or embryo adoption would be my only option he would offer me. It felt so cold and lacking any compassion or hope. Wound up leaving the office in tears I was so upset. Got pregnant on my own a couple of months later, so there was hope after all.

Today was a miraculous day. This is more than likely our last baby. We have struggled with secondary infertility & PCOS since 2015. Today was a successful verification of our pregnancy at our first ultrasound and last appointment/graduation from New LIFE. We are so grateful for the amazing staff and how much time and effort they have put into us, as patients over the years. We have conceived with the help of monitoring and fertility medications 3 times (4 children - 1 set of twins and two single pregnancies) with the help of these medications and doctors. We are so blessed and are very excited to say that we are expecting another bundle of joy through the team in Pensacola. Thank you all so much, again, for such success. We haven’t ever had any issues with getting appointments, getting callbacks, and just sincere contact with all of the staff there. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰

We started with new leaders in 2015 and Dr. Ripps and staff at the Pensacola location was the absolute best. they answered every question, settled all my nerves, most of all made me feel comfortable. Ivf round 1 we had our baby boy! Fast forward to 2018 we ended up going to the Mobile location to do Ivf all over again. We thought they were amazing before, but the 2nd time around was even better Kathileen is the absolute best. She was there for every laugh and tear. She basically became a second mom to me! They are beyond lucky to have such an amazing person working for them. Thank you for everything you have done for our family. You all gave us 2 precious baby boys!

My husband and I tried for a baby for 10 years. I am unable to get get pregnant. Dr Ripps was amazing I went through embryo adoption. This started in feb 2020 we are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl born 5-11-21!!!
