I have a herniated back. The doctor told me “it’s fine, give it three months and come see me”. To preface this statement, I told him I herniated it over a year before that and had tried every technique and at home remedy for months on end. I felt extremely brushed off. After leaving his office my back pain increased and caused me to develop serious TMJ which I spent over $4000 on treatments. I would not recommend this doctor about a herniated back.

Staff and Dr Gilmore excellent ! Felt very comfortable they took the time to show me the problems with my shoulder and said they could help with therapy and home exercises I'm in a lot less pain!and discomfort his staff is amazing they give the feeling that they truly care about their patients! Dr Gilmore didn't even have to take me as a patient because my surgery took place in NJ and I wish they had treatment up there like I've been treated down here I wish I could leave a ten star review

This was my first visit at Panhandle Orthopedics and the staff was very friendly. After meeting Dr. Gilmore he seemed very caring and concerned about my injury and was very thorough. I also appreciated Carly. She showed me different physical therapy movements to do with the injured part of my body. The entire staff was awesome, I’m bad with names and hate to leave anyone out, but I am including everyone there that I met today.

Called over ten times trying to make a new patient appointment and cannot get through ever. Was placed on hold once for ten minutes and finally hung up. It's hopeless and really is unfortunate as the doctor seems wonderful! But the front desk is not responding and I gave up because I can't imagine trying to spend a whole day making an appointment every time I needed to get in to the doctor.

I was seen for a second opinion before I have a knee replacement. Dr. Gilmore and I don't remember the sports therapist's name, we're very professional and listened to what I said as well as reviewing the records. The appointment/receptionist was very friendly and worked with me because of job requirements.

This place has been good to me, helping get myself back together . Dr. Gilmore and his entire staff is great. I would definitely recommend anyone to be under their care.
