Great place. Dr. Straub is the best. Always happy to help me to help my son succeed. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor for your child. You couldn’t ask for a better team for your child.

Horrible "care." They prioritize money over the well-being of kids. I understand it's a business, and they are there to make money. However, if that's the case, they need to figure out how to bill the insurance instead of withholding needed medical care unless the parent "submits the bill to the insurance provider" for them. Furthermore the doctor didn't care about any of my questions or concerns. She just wanted to tell me what to do and have me blindly follow her every command.

We adore Dr.Ewert! She's always so sweet and thorough when she's seeing my Family! My oldest daughter was a patient of hers until she got too old to see her!She also see my youngest daughter and now my two grandchildren. Every visit we have with her is a good one. She never makes the visit feel rushed .She genuinely takes her time to examine her kids and answer all questions.❣️

Why do we have to wait an hour past appointment time everytime? Add the rude and snippy (opposite from helpful) front desk last today and I am searching for another doctors office. Had to wait until 3:45 with a sick baby all day. Then I have to wait an hour in the car they say bc it is a sick baby. Enough is enough. I'm so disappointed.

Wouldn't let us come here because we left them ages ago when we lived in Pensacola and MOVED out of the area to another state before the Pace location even existed. Then we moved to Pace and they wont let us come here because we were prior patients at the Pensacola location. We completely left the area and would of had to drive 5+ hours to have been seen. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! What's worse is this is a dang military training town. I've seen some people come through here a few times. What a stupid policy created by someone who probably didn't come close to thinking that one through. Def didn't think about military people.

Been coming here for while, doctors are great but I don't understand why an 11am appointment isn't seen until nearly 12 PM. Every time I've been (well over a dozen), I've waited in the lobby for 30 minutes then waited in the room an additional 15-20 minutes until the doctor sees us. The time management is awful.

Dr.Picasso takes great care of my kids, she is so sweet, she listened, and is very knowledgeable.

Always a great experience with Pensacola pediatrics! The staff are great and my daughter has one of the best pediatricians in Pensacola Dr. Jessica Ewert.
