List of Randall Riche's Reviews
Refused to see me after waiting quite some time to make an appt and gave no explanation other then he was not seeing anyone with diabetes yet called to book my husband and when questioned his staff said “well we will just shred both of your records then”. Lost for words on this office staff and doctor . I have parathyroid issues , diabetes and Ehlers-Danlos . Do not make a patient wait weeks and weeks just to be told you do not care to take them as a patient. I think you have lost site of human compassion and your staff ,well, wow!
Dr.Riche has taken very good care of my thyroid issues for years and I don’t know what I would have done without his support! When my PCP ,who managed my hormones, retired, NO other MDs would manage this for me ! That became a huge problem for me! I asked for help from Dr Riche who listened to me , made some changes and saved me money and a lot of heartache!!! Today, I feel better than I have in years and you can’t put a price on that! He is brilliant and really has a strong desire to help his patients.
The wait was not insigniicant, but well worth it! Dr. Riche is a very caring, intelligent person. I'm 69 & he may be the best non-surgical provider I've ever seen. Office was very clean and staff was exceptional.
I don’t typically give reviews on doctors, but I feel I have to this time; so others will know what to expect. I moved to this area almost two years ago and I had been searching for an endocrinologist because I have been in their care for years prior to moving. At my initial appointment I thought Dr. RICHE was going to be great. By my second appointment this doctor no longer cared what I thought. He talked over me and refused to listen to my previous medical history. He pushed Synthroid on me after I told him I’ve previously been on it and I didn’t like how I felt on it. He agreed to leave me on Armor but then called in a script for Synthroid anyways. He even informed me that you don’t live in your previous state anymore; you’re dealing with doctors in Florida now and you better get used to that.
While Doctor Riche is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. His staff is the problem. His nurse is possibly the most inept and self righteous person I have ever met, and I am a nurse. She will make sure that doctor never gets your calls, concerns or complaints. They will charge you for changing pharmacies (35$) and then never follow up to make sure changes went through. So 35$ wasted. They never even called. Pharmacy calls to the nurse? Not returned. Specialist visit to walk in and have the nurse put on a sensor? No, that is not right. I do believe it is a matter of time til they close. Because no one should be paying for services unnecessary or not even rendered. Still waiting for my refund by the way. Maybe that nurse will call me back soon. It has been two months.
I have seen many endo's but I will never return for to this office. Dr RIche is rude, not compassionate and does not listen. He talks down to his patient and does not want to answer questions or provide any other treatment options other than what he feels is the only way.
This is the worst Dr I have ever seen. He does not listen nor does he care. If you opinion differs or you question him he gets upset. He should not be allowed to see patients. He needs to learn some bedside manner and compassion
Dr. Riche is a Great Doctor. He has a lot of knowledge about Diabetes. I am a diabetic and he is working to help me.
Wonderful doctor explained everything.
I've been waiting for a week for a call back about a scary episode I experienced. There is either a breakdown in communication or they just don't care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
