I'd given up on valley neurologists for my son,until recently we were referred to Dr. Williamson. I'm so happy I did. He's smart, optimistic and honest. He took time to discuss concerns and answer allmy questions. He's an asset to any parent who has concerns and wants the best. He didn't jampack his appt schedule and the appt was very professional. I went in, was seen in 10 min., and were with him for about a half hour.

My daughter has many physicians at Monroe Carroll Jr. We have always been very happy with her care. "Dr." Williamson told us that my daughter's health issues weren't his field after we were referred there by not one, but three physicians, to that department. When asked how he came to that conclusion, he had not even looked at my daughter's chart. We waited for over three hours for him to send us on our way unhelped, frustrated, and angry.

Even though my daughter had 3 positive Lyme disease tests, he told us that it was IMPOSSIBLE to get Lyme disease in TN. We finally found a doctor to treat her, but Dr. Williamson was arrogant, condescending, and not helpful at all. He told us that our daughter's problems were psychiatric. Really!! She is now being treated by a doctor that is knowledgeable about tick borne illnesses. How ludricous that in this day and time a professional would think that there is an imaginary line that keeps lyme disease from coming into our state.
