Dr. Miyamoto successfully performed a very delicate and complicated surgery on my husband. Knowledgeable and personable, we have such respect and gratitude for this doctor.

Dr. Miyamoto is a good doctor. However, his front desk staff is ridiculously bad. It is so difficult to speak to them on phone. They do not solve problems. Although it's so difficult to reach the clinic by phone, I saw the staff texting in their personal cellphones. I strongly believe Dr. Miyamoto is losing patients because of his incompetent front desk.

Dr. Miyamoto is a good physician. However, his front desk staff at the Baptist Towers is absolutely inefficient and incompetent. It is so hard to reach them by phone. They do not solve problems. Although they hardly answer the office phone, I see some of the staff using their personal cell phones, while I was in the waiting room. Undoubtedly, Dr. Miyamoto is losing patients because of his terrible staff.
