I was referred to Dr. Patel due to an ulcer on my ankle that stopped healing. Dr. Patel found a DVT in my left hip. He arranged a Thrombectomy and removed the clot. He is a very knowledgeable and caring Physician and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone requiring any vascular surgery. He is very professional and also is extremely competent. Also his staff is warm an welcoming.

Dr Patel is excellent. His nurse is not. I’m a paraplegic that had a below the knee amputation. When the staples were remove it bled everywhere. A month later and the incision has opened up and is infected with yellow sloth oozing out. I’m going to the emergency room tomorrow morning. When I asked his nurse when I would be sent over for prosthetics. She answered you can’t walk why do you need one. I kept my mouth shut. She didn’t know I’m an incomplete injury and can stand!

Went to this office over a year ago.I was going to have an IRF ablation.Had to fast the night before.Procedure was early in the am, after two hours of no procedure.I started getting the shakes, I am hypoglycemic. I told the staff, they offered me something, I told them I was fasting. They said Oh you're a patient. I felt like a #. Very busy place too many people too few doctors which seems to be the normal for Sacred Heart as I have just encountered this again this past week. Since then I have a DVT in the same leg. Was stabilized on blood thinners. Was trying to get established with another vascular surgeon but I get defaulted back to him because I was an established patient, can I ever get out of this loop. Going to him once is still haunting me a year later. I will not do business with them, Sacred Heart system has to know I am more than a #.Hope I can make it to find someone else.

Dr Patel is an amazing vascular surgeon, very skilled and patient oriented. Not only is he compassionate about his work, he always keeps the patients best interest in mind. He has a great bedside manner and even works closely with his fellow nurses. He shows respect, trust and also voices appreciation to the sonographers who help aid in patient disease diagnosis, treatment plans and post procedure surveillance. It’s very rare to have a well rounded physician who is loved by patients and employees.
