My first visit was in the morning and went well. He seems to be an experienced physician and communicates well. Unfortunately this time was a mess. Checked in at 2:00, got my eyes dilated and the sat there for almost 2 hours with many sitting there in front of me waiting. One of the patients (customers) said they had waited till 8:00 at night the last time. Got up and left. It is extremely rude for any service provider to treat customers that way. Ridiculous.

WOW!! Dr Gupta is the BEST!! He literally saved my eyesight and I will forever be grateful. Amazingly talented and personable staff makes the visit complete. Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Gupta. He was very open and informative about everything, and super friendly even though he was running pretty far behind! His staff was also really helpful and sweet! I had a wonderful experience, even though I wasn't expecting to have such a big difference in what I had been told previously by doctors. You should probably expect a long wait when going to see Dr Gupta because his patients are willing to wait to see him, and it is worth the wait to know that your provider is really caring and interested in you as a person! Thank you Dr Gupta (and twins)!

My mom came home today after spending over 2hrs in your waiting room. You and Dr Myers are the best but apparently you slept through the patient management portion. She said you're waiting room was overfilled all day. Get it together, you're good but your reputation is in danger
