Absolutely incompetent staff. Got over billed several times, and staff made many mistakes with appointment times and dates over the course 2-3 years. Officer manager is absolutely unprofessional and very rude. There are waaaay better pediatricians in the area with friendly staff that are there for more than just your money. I will NOT ever take my child back to Dr Suzie Fitzharris.

Dr. Fitzharris saw my son when we lived in Destin so it was a surprise to see that she had moved to Pensacola too. Honestly just like that they have weekend hours.

Fitzharris has been seeing my child for eight months. Her office doesn't bill patients until the bill reaches $25. While I was away for three months I was being billed for $25 worth of services that had been accruing since my child's birth. At no time did they ask me to pay these charges at any office visit when I would make my copmts. After speaking with Dr. Fitzharris, the office mgr. terminated my service as I refused to pay $20 in late fees on a bill I was unaware of! Their concern is $$$

This doctor is the worst doctor my kids have ever been to!!! She is not good with the kids or the parents. If you want a doctor who is patient, kind and understanding you should go elsewhere. I asked questions and she acted like I was annoying her. She is not good with kids either. She acts like she would rather be anywhere else doing anything else but dealing with children.

Worst Doctor ever!!!! I made the mistake of taking my newborn son to her 5 years ago. She gave me such bad advice I am still dealing with consequences 5 years later. She is unable to deal with a new mother & I'm not even sure she likes children. DR SUSIE, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!

Dr. Fitzharris is awesome! She is great with my two year old and always addresses my concerns, even if they are just first time mom paranoia. I love that their practice does not allow unvaccinated children and appreciate that they will not compromise on matters of public health. I would highly recommend Dr. Fitzharris to anyone!

Dr Susie is amazing. As a first time parent, she was patient and informative. With our second child, she was just as caring and wonderful. We would not recommend anyone else in this area for pediatrics.

We love Dr Susie! She has been with us since our son was born 3 years ago and she now takes care of our daughter. Patient, caring and wonderful with children! Highly recommend to all parents!

My son had to get his shots for his four year checkup and Dr. Susie and staff got us through it without any fusses! She even gave my son a book after his shots! Not bad if you ask me.
