List of Tracey Pinkston's Reviews
If I could give Dr. Pinkston’s practice 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled today to see her as a new patient, but received a call ON MY WAY TO HER OFFICE that she had left for lunch and would not be back in the office. I am LIVID. From other reviews I have found online, this excuse seems to be a trend. If Dr. Pinkston cannot keep her appointments and does not value her clients’ time, then she does not need to be in business. My husband took off work to watch our 2 year old son to allow me to come to my appointment today and for her to cancel 20 min before my appointment time is COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Her receptionist who called to reschedule sounded like she has hade to make the same phone call many times before, so I have a feeling that this has happened to quite a few other patients who have not made the effort to write a review.
In 2009 I contracted Fifths Disease, (aka Parvo) a childhood disease. Vanderbilt specialist said it had to run its course. My levels were going up instead of down and I was in severe pain. I heard of Dr. Pinkston through my daughter, called, scheduled, had liquid oxygen infusion treatments along with vitamin supplements I was extremely low on and in about 12 weeks I was well. No Parvo levels in my blood work. I highly recommend Dr. Pinkston, thank her and her wonderful staff for the excellent care given me.

I called to inquire about becoming a patient and was directed to a number to text. No one in the office could be bothered to call me back. They answered my question via text message only. I'm a busy person and don't have time to sit on my phone when a simple 3 minute phone call could have answered all of my questions. They just kept pushing me to make an appointment (that I had to pay for). I wasn't even sure if the program was right for me at the time, but know now that I would never use this doctor if this is how her office is run. Lack of pure professionalism from the office staff and how they handle potential patients is just shocking.
Dr. Pinkston is a dedicated doctor who has treated me successfully for Lyme disease & food sensitivities. Her staff is very capable & professional. They gave me IV treatments & monitored me very carefully. I shudder to think what would have happened to me had I relied on another physician. Thank you, Dr Pinkston!
Dr. Pinkston is a "no show". Do not expect to see her at all for your sceduled appointments. The receptionist has to constantly reschedule appointments. There is no way she will be able to keep her practice thriving while conducting business like this. Her patients deserve better and she deserves to lose her patients. I'm sure many have had to seek other doctors for their care. As far as being knowledgeable, I really can't say. She has only kept my appointment twice the past 3 years. Her staff has to constantly make excuses for her absence. Don't waste your time---find another doctor!
After having my apppintment rescheduled 4 times - I show up to find the door locked and the office recording says they are closed for the next week. Wth?!!
I'd like to say that Dr. Pinkston is a good doctor, however, after trying unsuccessfully to set up an appointment for about a year, I finally gave up. If you aren't seeing new patients then please, by all means, let them know. Don't set up an appointment & then tell the patient that you can't see them over & over again. This happened to me about 4 or 5 times throughout the time span of about a year. When you have health issues like me, you desperately seek out any medical professional that might be able to help. Unfortunately, I'll never know just how good Dr. Pinkston really is due to the pitiful scheduling involved. Good luck getting in to see her.
Dr. Pinkston has gone above and beyond for our family and her staff, Rosemary and Keri, are both beyond professional and knowledgeable. She is the perfect blend of traditional medicine and progressive. I absolutely love her!
Best doctor I have ever used.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
