William Blanchard's Online Review Report Card

I was seeing Blanchard at VIP care in Pensacola Florida , I first met him at the beginning of covid , not by choice but because the doctor I was seeing for 16 years wasn't going to be accepting my health insurance any longer , so needing to be seen at the time I didn't have much of a choice , I wasn't able to formulate an opinion about Blanchard at that time because for the next year and a half my contact with him was by phone , but once I actually was back being seen by Blanchard I was finding health issues I have weren't being addressed and were being trivialized by Blanchard , when I ask what can be done about this issue or that issue , his usual reply was "" Oh I have that too "" I was putting up with this being blown off hopeful he would address them after I was hospitalized several times for the related problems , and at my last visit with him I asked if he would sign the renewal paper for my handicapped parking placard , this would've been the third renewal but the first time I asked him , he said he only signs them if I had a vehicle and valid license ,insurance and regeneration ,,,, I have a valid license but I don't own a vehicle , but I do borrow friends and on occasion a neighbors , not good enough for Blanchard , so that was the icing on the cake for me with him , I find out he was violating the American With Disabilities Act , and you don't even have to own a vehicle to have a handicapped placard , it was just something he was making up saying it's his policy ,,,,, what's policy and what's the law are two different things , so not only did I receive below standard of health care service but he purposely was refusing to help me with my quality of life by making it impossible for me to get that placard , there are several other things but I believe I've made my point , please do yourself a favor and don't become a victim like me , seek medical care at a larger facility that he's not associated with , I can honestly say that the short time I was a patient of his was one of the worse experiences with someone in the medical field I ever had , I'm sorry to say we'll probably be hearing his name again , with doctors it's usually after they kill someone because of malpractice and there facility isn't able to protect/cover up for them .
