Does not answer calls !!! They will close office when they’ve already scheduled you an appointment and will not call you to reschedule this place has horrible customer service

This place should be shut down. My husband does not have insurance right now and asked Dr. Wilson's wife would he be able to get his prescriptions today or would he get referred to another doctor so we would know whether to spend the money to see him or not and she told him yes he would be receiving his prescriptions and he paid his money and now they're not giving him any of his medication so she lied and took our money. This place has always been ridiculous and they disappear and make appointments and not even be there when you show up and never answer the phone and then now they take our money after they lied but this will be reported..... They can't even remember to give my husband his blood pressure medication. Season I guess his wife is taking all the medication because she walked around like she's high. I guess that's why we saw them walking into the Queen Mary hotel in front of West Florida hospital.Why is a doctor living at a run down hotel?

First, my father was sent to take some tests by this Dr. Wilson and then he disappears for weeks without providing any results and during the so called "family vacation" my father was hospitalized for a TIA. I cant say that the tests would have shown the symptoms of a TIA, so I will not blame him for that. However what I will blame this incompetent doctor for is lack of patient care and pure professionalism. My father was scheduled for an appointment today and then called to confirm this appointment on 21 September by Dr. Wilson's office and today this incompetent doctor and staff did not show up to their own practice. He has no regard for his patients, their health, their time and money. I am reporting this doctor to the medical board or someone, but he has to stop and this will stop today! People find another doctor, this so called medical professional does not deserve your business nor money!

This is a pill mill plain and simple....when I went there were nothing but junkies in the lobby waiting on their dealer to give them drugs. The FEDS need to shut this place down

It's a lot of times that you won't be able to contact him by phone and it's a slim to zero chance they won't call any prescriptions in so whenever you have a appointment make sure you tell the staff all the medications you need because if you don't and leave the facility then try to call back forget it but overall Dr. Wilson is a very friendly and a good doctor he will make you feel important

The Odom and Smash reviews are trash. The one lied about his medical history being on a great many narcotics THAT WERE BEYOND legal. You MAY NOT go to many Drs at the same time and get narcotics. So yes, he was turned away. He wanted drugs not a DR. We turn those away period. He was a jerk at the front staff. (and he wanted HIS MOMMY to come in and talk to us! To what, say you can have triple the narcotics allowed by law and more since you just got some filled 2 days ago from another dr?!! Being rude would have been calling the police, properly on him, instead he was told he did not fit our patient profile..normal person, non drug seeking) He also is on Medicare lying to the government that he needs help to afford his medical care YET HE DEMANDED WE SAID HE COULD PAY CASH! WE DO NO DO THAT! Notice, 30 years in practice! We know what we are doing. We aren't perfect, but we will NOT do illegal things for patients, sorry. And, Odom LIED. In Florida, had he been given pain meds, that would have been a crime of OMISSION! that is a felony!. He was NOT told we'd take cash. We just do not take Medicare under 65 BECAUSE THAT MEANS YOU HAD A BIG WORK UP THAT MANY DRS DECIDED YOU WERE DISABLED, WE DO NOT WANT TO RESTART YOUR ENTIRE CARE! You are best sticking with those who got you disability! They know you best. We tell such straight up. He cussed at me and told me he wanted drugs cause he was afraid of withdrawals.. Tough. He shouldnt' have left his other DR...except THE STATE TRACKS DRUGS NOW HE HAD JUST PICKED SOME UP! As to the "Smash" review. We have no wires out and I challenge them to use their real name. As they are slandering me. EVER NOTICE any bad reviews are about NOT GETTING NARCOTICS AND WE WERE "RUDE" telling them NO!!!! We treat those in need and documented. We are NOT a pill mill! Unfortunately, such drug seekers as those two and MACK (we saw your history so NO we were not WASTING our time off our good patients to CALL YOUR SORRY butt back) . These idiots dont know the technicalogical advancements of today. So, you want a good family practice dr with quirks. We will die for our patients and fighting insurance forever to get their testings done! BUT YOU WANT JUST DRUGS, NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE TOLD NO, IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL WE WILL TURN YOUR OVER TO LEO!. And, if you slander me or the staff on these sites anymore, we will be suing! Be glad if you are told no. I''ve worked with law enforcement three times letting 3 drug seekers they were looking for make appointments because leo couldnt' find them...put them in a room and they get a knock..."hey doc" "nope, this is Detective..." We have a 95% patient retention rate with 85% of our patients having been with us 15 years or more! We aren't perfect. We try and do too much sometimes, but we will get MRIS, GI, surgery, Cardiology etc done. But in todays world we have to fight the insurance companies tooth and nail. LASTLY, MACK WAS ON AN INSURANCE WE DO NOT TAKE. WE TOLD HER AND TOLD HER. SHE IS A LIAR. AND WE CAN PROVE IT. SHE MADE AN ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT AND NO SHOWED. THEN SHE CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED DEMANDING WE TAKE CASH. Reviews by NON PATIENTS will now be pursued by our attorneys.

I couldn’t possibly rate this doctor because I can’t even schedule an appointment to see him. Some days their phone service is disconnected, but most days they simply don’t answer it . Don’t bother leaving a message for they’ll never call you back . This is what they think of you , the patient, you are a pest to them. Deplorable.

DR Wilson is a great doctor. To bad that his family is his staff. The staff never answers the phone. I had to go to his office to make an appointment. Good luck if you need a consult. DR Wilson needs to fire all the staff with the last name of Wilson. DR Wilson son should not be rating this DR as if he was a Patient. This is not a joke? Jimmy you are a joke.
