I have trusted Dr. Hansen for over 43 years to treat my glaucoma. In all my years on earth, I have never been more satisfied with a doctor and his staff as I am with him. If he told me to go buy a goat, I would, and then ask him what for. I trust his judgment.

Dr. Hansen takes time with his patients. He wants to make sure that you understand your condition and what the options are. While he is a very caring physician, he is also straightforward. He will answer your questions and you will never leave the office with uncertainty. I have recommended Dr. Hansen to friends and family.

Dr. Hansen is an excellent doctor. He is thorough in his examinations and explains the procedures and testing being performed in detail. He is knowledgeable about his field and he does not hesitate to refer patients to specialists when needed. I have been a patient of Dr. Hansen’s for over 30 years and he has treated my family and friends for many years. In fact, he diagnosed a family friend with glaucoma and referred them to a specialist who performed a sight saving surgery. Highly recommend!

First impression: The front door of the office/house was filthy. The waiting room was neat and clean but the front office was a general mess, stacked with files and papers; the technology hadn't been updated in 30-35 years (e.g., a memory typewriter and an IBM Selectric typewriter - no computer in sight); the office staff were very pleasant and friendly; Dr. Hansen was okay but based on my first impressions I quickly decided I would need to get a second opinion. Has he kept up in his field???

I have been a patient of Dr. Hansen for close to 30 years. He is no nonsense, competent, and has always treated me with the utmost care and concern. great staff, friendly and courteous. On time appointments and ease of making appointments and low wait time.

We have used Dr. Hansen for over 20 years. We have had several special situations with my husband being a diabetic. We have found him to be thorough and preventive in his care for our eyes. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

As an MS patient, my eyes are always of particular concern. Seeing an Opthamologist is crucial, and finding Dr. Hansen was comparable to winning the doctor lottery. He is not only kind, caring, and compassionate, but he is also thorough and competent. He takes time to listen and to explain in terms that are easy to understand. This is a family business, and you will truly feel like family. He also gets mad props for his address: 2020 Langley. You gotta love it.
