My family has used this facility for years without incident. Of course, we try hard to be on time for our appointments, we call when we can't make it. The office staff has always been kind and helpful, as are the medical staff so I don't know what the heck you other folks problems are.
Very respectful and caring staff! The doctors listen to you and treat you like an equal which I truly appreciate.
I've been going there for years. All of the doctors are really nice.
Dr Miley is the first primary care physician I’ve had. As a former military pilot I just went to whoever the flight dr was on call/staff with no follow up. Here I mentioned one thing about a little pain and am offered many choices on the same day, not weeks or months later. My wife and I both enjoy coming for the quick service where we get to talk about any issues and get stuff resolved.
I so love this place. It's like that shows CALLED cheers. Everyone knows your name especially our name it's hard to say. HARRISSIKA. THEY actually do Care about their patient. Up & beyond. Hilary H. Is my primary care. But I also see Mrs. Hollie Malone. She give me the FACTS. & Not ONLY that, I sooooooooooo TRUST her opinion for major health issue me & my husband has experience. I also saw a few others staff at this place. They handle us with the SAME CARE AS MY Primary Care & NPA. I have told many people about this group. In this day & time it's hard to find an physician you Trust & Understand YOU. & Oh the staff & nurse are awesome too. Thanks Q.
My doctor has taken excellent care of me since 2012. I love this place and the entire friendly staff! 💜
A lot of the time I have good experiences here, but some not so good. My doctor is nice although I've only gotten to see her once in the years I've been going here. One of the assistants I met with a couple years ago was in a hurry to get me out of there and didn't really listen to what I had to say about my infection. I've had a small infection for at least 4 years and wasn't prescribed anything until my past visit finally. I'm glad for that doctor (not my primary but I don't want to point fingers) prescribing me something for it but they made me feel like I was just a waste of their time and again wasn't really interested in what I had to tell them. They literally told me I was wasting time and to hurry up. A receptionist wouldn't listen to me either when I said I didn't want an appointment for something and I would just do it at my next yearly and she said well Doctor said you need to so here's the date. I went home and canceled it. It's not much to ask to be treated like a human rather than another log in the system. I'm just gonna reject any appointment I get in the future that isn't with my primary.
I love my doctor. I've been going to her for half my life. I called to schedule an appointment Tuesday morning. Everyone around me is sick, some even with the flu. I started having body aches, coughing and sore throat, headache, sneezing & general fatigue on Monday night. I was never asked my name by the appointment scheduler. I was told there were no appointments available that day and they were refering people to urgent care. I asked if they had any appointments open for any other days of the week. She didn't answer my question, instead asked if I had tried Motrin or Tylenol for my aches or a lozenge for my sore throat. She told me to call back if I had a fever or had anymore symptoms. So, a person who schedules appointments chose to give me medical advise and tell me to call back for an appointment instead of just letting me make one for a later date. I'm just disappointed that I can't be checked out by a doctor before I get a full blown illness. I don't want to be the person going to work spreading around something if I'm contagious. The person on the phone, nor I are qualified to decide if I should be at work or home. Nothing has changed with my symptoms, but I've chosen to ride out my sickness. I hope it has passed before Christmas.
I have been coming for years and never had a problem until today. I went in for a small procedure and everything was okay until I went to check out. The lady told me how much it was. I wasn’t expecting the amount so I asked it to be billed. She was very rude and asked me to pay the full amount today. I have never NOT been able to bill it: I think it was pure laziness of not wanting to make a payment plan. Pay some today and I pay it off next week. So difficult. Her tone was not very nice and I shouldn’t be forced to pay it all upfront when I can bill it. She shouldn’t have made it out that I had to pay it today. I have always had a good experience and I’m sad to say I had a terrible exit experience today. She had long curly dark hair. I will be asking for another exit employee for future reference.
Same as the other reviews - horrible place - if you go here hold on to your wallet.Crooked billing practices!!!! BEWARE!!!They are thieves. Hidden charges galore. If you need to call in something, they charge you $35. They also come up with clever ways to bill you and your insurance company for what should be free services. Those "free" wellness exams that a lot of insurance companies provide are never free with this place as they will say "you discussed an problem with your doctor not covered in the wellness program". Really? What was that? All I did was answer her questions!! What was discussed!?!?!? Of course, they come up with bogus justifications and give you a pamphlet about what cannot be discussed during a wellness exam AFTER they bill you. After looking into this further, this is simply a way for them to bill the insurance company twice. While that is bad enough, it cost me $$$$ as I was charged the copay for a 'free' service.Illegal in my opinion. I ought to report them to the State.I've been with this office since 1996 but this will mark the end of me doing business with them. If you are looking for a primary physician, I'd suggest you find someone else.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
