Woodlands Medical Specialists's Online Review Report Card

I can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment and people here. I have stage four cancer and everyone is so kind. I especially appreciate Dr. Schaub, Brittany and Jasmine.

I received a referral cak from the Woodlands Medical for a Urologist Friday. That is where my primary referral went. I declined the opportunity to see any physician at the Woodlands. I told the scheduler " I choose not to do business withe Woodlands ". She immediately said ok and hung up. I have a good reading for not wanting to which I will not go into here. My advice to others is "beware". Thuer practices are not for the care of the patient but rather thier business.

Anyone needing typical medical services should strongly consider Woodlands. One of the best aspects of their service will be found in their labs. Always punctual, but best of all, painless! Every time I've gotten labs done there, I will forget that I had been there before I get back to my car. Most other places I've had labs done it's not even close to Woodlands quality! Once you get called in and get mentally ready, you look away, then you expect "Ka-boom!" but that's not the case with these folks. Typically, by the time you look back, they are already done leaving you wondering why aren't hurting. This coming from an individual that spent 6 months of their childhood in a hospital bed, I HATE NEEDLES! Getting labs done at Woodlands is an easy thing to do. Kind, skilled, and easy to deal with. All Woodland's staff is friendly and reliable, only wishing the different areas could communicate better. Best of all, the place is always VERY clean!

Debbie Sprague is one of the few I’ve encountered that explains conditions in detail. She is easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say. I will gladly continue to have her as my medical specialist.

First time going to Woodlands Medical and would say that I had a good experience. Staff members are all very welcoming and go beyond to make sure that you're taken care of during my visit. Dr. Biswas, family physician is wonderful and I'm looking forward to continuing my health care journey with her.

First of all, I was not called/texted/emailed a confirmation of my MRI. The 1st time I was scheduled and they didn't get the approval from my insurance and I had to reschedule my appointment. Today when I got there I was not notified that they were running late. I took my anxiety medication 1 hour before my procedure. My doctor only gave me 2 anxiety pills to take at 1 time for the MRI. I had to ask the csr if the MRI department was running late due to I was there for awhile. Then after waiting awhile again, I went to ask how much behind and was told 40-45 minutes behind. I told them my medication would be out my system by the time I went back there. Now I have wasted my pto, my medication and my time. Do I want to reschedule? Heck no! Can I get my pto back? Can someone prescribed me more medicine for the procedure? Just refund me my money so i can go. I am so upset!!

Yet another spectacular visit. Miss bitchy pants at reception set the tone. Definitely not a people person and in the wrong job, seems to not realize people coming here potentially have life changing issues. Then another 50 mins waiting for the nurse. Docs great! Surgeon awesome. Support staff the worst.

First time. They are keepers. Everyone very nice and helpful.

I have had very good care from Dr Greskovich. I would highly recommend him to anyone and the Woodlands has been awesome.
