Terrible, an unforgettable experience that I’m bitterly reminded of each time I think of the day I brought my elderly covid positive father in for a visit and Dr Failma proceeded to scream in his face that he was experiencing a COPD exacerbation. Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend a single person to this facility. Overall terrible attitudes from staff and subpar care.

Dr Failma is a wonderful doctor. I followed him from Tallahassee to Perry I liked him so much. He is friendly, kind,knowledgeable and a pleasure to be one of his patients.

My wife has a swollen foot and leg and wanted to see a doctor. She needed to apply for a visit and examine. It was a full month to process her application to be a patient. 3 weeks for their office to make a determination is completely unacceptable. Then they refused to see her for medical reasons. People should find a real doctor instead of here

My wife's foot and leg are swollen and she had to apply to be seen. Paperwork was sent to her doctor in Michigan by his office and received back within a week. It took them 3 weeks to review the papers. She was denied acceptance there due to medical needs. For a doctor to refuse to see a patient because they need medical help or advisement is ridiculous.

My husband+ I wish Dr Failma didnt move to Perry for his Practice.If he comes back to Tallahassee,we will switch doctors again immediately.Good doctors are hard to come by,+Dr.Failma is hands down....Awesome...Thanks again Doc!!Karl+ Bonny Stoltz

Dr. Failma was my PCP for several years while he practiced in Tallahassee. I had several issues related to insomnia, digestion, and female reproductive issues and I’ve never seen a more caring and attentive medical provider. He ALWAYS showed respect, honesty, genuine compassion, and was extremely diligent about following every avenue for treatment and referrals. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a PCP (and I have). He genuinely cares about treating his patients and relieving their suffering in the most polite, responsible, and efficient manner.

We have been patients of Dr. Failma since 2008, following him with each move of his office. I've worked in the medical field over 30 years and Dr. Failma is at the top of my list for a competent, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable physician; that's a rate find these days. He will research if unsure, make calls to other specialists to optimize your care. Dr. Failma is an all around top-notch doctor. He listens intently and will take his time with you.

Although he is knowledgeable , he dismissed conditions I had that were proven later with other physicians. I felt like he was a bit dismissive of me, and It cost me a couple of years of optimal health. Otherwise, he is very knowledgeable, and extremely good to his students that he mentors.

I have been Dr Failma's patient for about 8 years and I find him, attentive, understanding, very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate he is in my opinion a wonderful Doctor and I hope to have him as my Doctor for the rest of my life.

Our family has been under Dr Failma since 2007 when we moved to Tallahassee. He is hands-down the most responsive, professional, welcoming doctor I have had in my 52 years of life. He is a true family doctor in the best sense. My children know and trust him. (Unfortunately in his new pratice he cannot see our two youngest.) I cannot say enough about him. He takes time to listen, can think”out of the box,” ...he truly knows and remembers his patients.
