Dr. Grana canceled my husbands appointment 3x. No one called for Echo results. Switched to Dr. Chapulín did not get a chance to see him. We will be looking for another group that cares for the patients. Pinecrest staff does not have the best customer service and the supervisor Perez well not helpful. Brushed off the problem.

Dr. Damián Chaupin is very caring and will explain to you his concerns and steps he will take to assist you with your visit. Office staff are all very professional and friendly. I feel very confident I am in good hands after my first visit today thank you.
