This office was highly recommended by my grandparents and I came in with high hopes because of it. The staff was very welcoming and it made me feel comfortable for my first time being there. Despite being punctual to my appointment, my wait time in the waiting room was longer than the actual appointment. Once I was called in, it was down hill from there. My appointment was 5-10 min max. The doctor saw me, told me she couldn’t do anything about my situation and that I would just have to live with it. It wasn’t a cheap appointment either. The experience really ruined this place for me. It very much seemed like they wanted me out of the room as soon as possible for the next patient. I would not recommend this place or that doctor ever.

My appointment was at 11:15am and I was not put in a room until 12:30pm. In the room, I waited for another 10 minutes. When the PA finally arrived, she turned into a sales woman to get me to purchase all the products they sell in the office. I went in for hormonal acne and she didn't prescribe a single medication, rather she wrote a regimen of products only available at the office. She suggested I use azeleic acid (Finacea) - she told me that insurance doesn't cover it and I had to purchase it there which is completely false, as I have gotten it prescribed before. Literally the worst experience I've every had. No one in that office has any idea what they are talking about and all they want to do is sell their trash products

Another reviewer said this and I totally agree, “Office visits are always rushed, after patiently waiting on phones or in the waiting room to visit. It positions itself as a concierge model and the price certainly supports it but the overall service does not match.” I went to Dr. Longwill about my hair and skin. I have slight hair loss and just bumpy skin everywhere I think it might keratosis Pilaris. Anyway, she was basically preverbal during my visit. I got nothing out of it. I understand that you have to look at blood work but she had literally no input about my skin condition. I felt like I just waited then walked through rooms said hi to the doctor and then paid 150. I gleaned nothing really from my visit. One thing I did like is that she sort of minimized my hair problem which made me feel good but nothing constructive.

I have been going here for a few years for medical. I always see Jason Santos, PA. He is excellent and I trust him completely. His manner is so professional and you are always at ease. Sometimes there is a wait but never too long. Parking is a pain as it's basically valet but it's a small area so it's understandable. The rest of the staff are very personable and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

Me and all my family have been patients for 10 years but today will be my last day. I felt disrespected by the staff and that is why I won’t be coming here anymore.
