Very nice doctor. He is patient and listens to your concerns. Very attentive. Speaks and understand English. I am from the Caribbean and I was very happy to have a doctor who understands me.

A decent doctor if you have lots of time to wait for an appointment like weeks and don't mind waiting an hour or more in the office. If you need an emergency appointment as I did today, his office will not respond to phone calls or emails, even from the Baptist call center. Even if you show up in person as I did today, they still will not accommodate you even for a serious emergency. They will routinely send you to Urgent Care, and not be bothered with an existing patient needing emergency help. For this, I am embarrassed for him and his practice and Baptist Health.

I hate to be the one star bad review but I have to be honest with my experience. I have been waiting for my new appointment with this doctor for almost 2 months, seems like they don’t put too much attention on a new patient.Anyway on the day of my visit I get a call from the office staff canceling my appointment. They actually said they don’t make appointments after 5pm but the one they gave me was at 5:15 plus they sent me a text 2 days prior to confirm which I confirmed. Why did they schedule a new visit on MLK day? I have no idea. Less then 1 hour later I get a call from my wife saying they cancelled her appointment next month because it seems like they booked her after 5 as well. Oh well! I guess we would have to wait until April which is when they are available. How they schedule people is beyond me.All reviews and recommendations point to Dr. hanif as being really good which is why I waited 2 months for my original appointment. Unfortunately the staff creating appointments for the Doctor have made me have a ridiculous, unfair, and unacceptable experience.If I could leave a review for the staff I would but they don’t have a page to do so.

Similarly, even with an appointment, had to wait for more than an hour in the office! Not much attention to details. Too busy!

Unfortunately I will never know if he is a good doctor or not. After waiting 2 months to see Dr. Williams, the day of my husbands appt. They call us in the morning to tell him they need to reschedule his appt. Very upsetting considering my husband took the day off for this appt. Then 2 hours later they call me to reschedule my appt. For another month of waiting. If these bimbos can’t get something so simple as an appt. Right, I can’t trust them with anything else after this point. Needless

Dr. Hanif Williams is the finest doctor I've ever had. He was my family practice doctor when I lived in Miami, Florida. He believed in treating the whole person, not just individual parts. I'll always regard him as a very fine physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Williams for about 20 years now. He is the most caring doctor I have come account in years. You are not just another patient, he knows his patients and always gives you his undivided attention. I travel about 40 minutes to see Dr Williams. He is the best in my book.
