Dr. Franco herself is a great Dr., however the Baptist network stinks. I have been trying for weeks to get through to schedule a physical. I need prescriptions refilled. I wait on hold with for hours never to speak to a person. There is absolutely no personalization. I am going to change doctors, not because of Dr. Franco, but because I need, deserve, and want better communication within my doctor’s office.

Scheduled by this doctors office months ago for a annual visit, only to sit in this office for a hour (2hours ! total if I count the preparation time to reach the office early, like a responsible client) before they figure my appoint was set a month too early to be considered a annual visit. Shameful. This office need to get their act together 😡 being good doctors is not good enough when the service is awful.

Dr. Franco has been a family doctor for several years, when you get her, it's great...but Baptist has grown and this practice has grown that it is difficult to get an appointment if you are a working professional and the access to the doctors has become impersonal. You follow a mechanized approach to scheduling and visits, if you step out of that schedule, you are penalized. I had an issue with a prescription refill that I have had for many years but could only get to an assistant. Very impersonal.

Dr. Franco is amazing! So easy to talk to, she listens and takes the time to explain things. I was recommended to her by my sister and I recommend her every chance I get. The staff at her office is also very helpful and friendly. Book your appointment with time and if you have to wait a little, it’ll be worth it.

The first visit was great but after that -it seems impossible to book an appointment with this doctor. Not only is there no direct phone number and you have to go through the hell of Baptist network operator system and waiting for the "...next available agent", but you then deal with her imcompetent office staff that make numerous mistakes. I am switching doctors soon.

My Daughter scheduled her first appointment about a year ago which was cancelled, ok things happen! Since then in good faith we rescheduled, another appointment #2 and it was also cancelled and we had to wait a few months as her schedule was full. Then honestly upset with her being cancelled twice before I waited and looked for my daughter to see someone else. My husband is a physician and this would NEVER have happened in his office. He said try again she is supposed to be good! We rescheduled for the 3rd time. So guess what we were cancelled again by Dr. Franco. I put my foot down and asked that Dr. Franco call me today that was about 10 days ago. Instead the secretary called me back with in 5 minutes and rescheduled my daughter for the same day but earlier instead of cancelling. Today 12- 29-20 the office called me to cancel my daughters appointment again. 4 times in a row. My daughter has never been seen. Who runs a practice like this. Shame on Dr. Franco and worst yet she is aware she has cancelled 4 times. If you value your time and need to be seen DO NOT BOOK WITH DR. FRANCO!!!!

Dr Franco is the best doctor I have had experience with for the longest time.She is a very compassionate person and always listen to her patients.

It would not be understating to say that Dr Franco has changed my life. You only need to things in life. An amazing Dr and fresh seafood.
