Good experience
Horrible! Horrible! experience. Dr. Regalado is a callous and presumptuous person. My last visit I was asked to have a student come in with the Dr. which was fine with me. The student comes in 1st to do intake and report back to the Dr. So I mentioned to the student of having some recent discomfort and pain from a back injury which is in my file. I requested Ibuprofen. Long story short, the dr. comes in and gives me this long story of her back issues and how she didn’t let it affect her lifestyle etc. etc. Then tells me that sometimes if we’re not careful we can let diagnosis’ get in our heads and let it debilitate us. I was having a moment of back pain as it most certainly is Not a debilitating problem for me, thank God. But she totally ran with her own assumptions without even asking me. Needless to say, I leave the room with everything but ibuprofen. When I ask about it she again ran with her own thoughts which really frustrated me to the point where I told her that she had never proscribed me ibuprofen before and #2, I wanted it because I would take less pills as opposed to taking 3 or 4 of the over-the-count ones. This experience was just from my most recent visit but the one before that was also aggravating. I’m changing her to someone else. By the way. She gave me a 2 wk supply of ibuprofen with 2 refills. What happened to a 30 day supply. You’d think I was asking for narcotics.
The best Doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
