A fantastic group of caregivers! I needed 24/7 care for my mother-in-law and Assisting Hands didn't disappoint. All caregivers are professional and they go out their way to make sure my mother-in-law is safe. Highly recommend.

The experience in dealing with this company has been less than pleasant. Their caregivers are young and inexperienced, you are better off with no help.

This is an awesome company. They are providing such good care for my mom a couple times a week. We have really connected with the aid that comes to our house, she’s like part of the family.The professionalism is outstanding from the management down to the secretary that takes the calls.Very well trained staff, couldn’t be happier.

It starts with the owner, Becky, and continues all the way through to the staff's caring practices for our mother, excellent service. They are by far the kindest and easiest home care company we have dealt with. Sabrina is the caregiver that has been assigned (a perfect match) and we have noticed a considerable improvement in her spirit and over all wellbeing. We cannot thank everyone enough, including the office staff.UPDATE: I thought it was important to update my review from last year to continue my gratefulness to Assisting Hands. The reason....COVID. We have had a couple scares (fever, been in contact with someone diagnosed with virus) and have had to cancel our services for the two-week quarantine period- twice. Each time, we were able to restart my mother's care immediately. Assisting Hands tests their caregivers every two weeks for the virus; which tells me they care about their employees and the seniors that are in their care. Thank you again to everyone.

Assisting Hands provides the best overall home care service we have experienced in this area. The management and staff communicate clearly. They stay in touch even between scheduled visits. Becky and her team have been responsive to our unique family needs, even giving us access to the on-line care giver schedule. All of the staff, including the care givers have made us feel like family. Assisting Hands quality of care for my wife has enabled me to recover, rest and regain strength to be a stress free support for her..

Assisting Hands is a very professional caring organization. I would recommend this company and staff, especially Marlene to anyone. Marlene took extra special care of my mother in time of need. I contacted Assisting Hands in the morning and within hours a care giving professional person showed up at my mothers home to take care of her. I can't thank Assisting Hands enough for the professional care that was given to my mother.
