Bayside Terrace's Online Review Report Card

This Senior Independent Living is in a great location. The surrounding area has a Walmart, Aldi and a gas station with 1 mile. Interior is bright and nicely appointed. Apartments are large with good closet space. My mom enjoys the crafts and games available daily for entertainment. The dining has good food with a variety of choices thought out the week!

I've dealt only with the new management team, so I can't speak to what's happened in the past. But the new team is great. I moved my mother in last week, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Elizabeth in particular answered all my questions, responded quickly, and generally made a difficult task much easier. So far they've taken great care of my mother.

Since the new ownership, we have grown so much closer to one another! The facility is beautiful inside & out! We all work together & for one another. Residents are always smiling and are happy to be there. I can't say enough about the total teamwork that we all are apart of 💕

When my father could no longer live alone, I began My month long search for the right assisting living. Bayside Terrace definitely was more affordable than most of the assisting living facilities in the area, but it was how nice and friendly everyone was that made me feel at ease! They have activities scheduled every day for everyone to participate and all the residents living there seems very happy.

I moved my mother there in a drastic time for me. The staff especially Elizabeth and Adrian were so fabulous. I have so much faith in the staff. They call me if there’s an issue. I over appreciate their patience and understanding in placing my mother. There is no better place if you want to have your special someone. The staff I’ve met is so understanding and considerate. Thank you Bayside Terrace for giving me peace of mind

They are constantly short staffed or the staff is always gone. Hardly ever any aides the the memory care unit. People walking around that have wet them selves and haven’t been cleaned. Sat there for 4 hrs straight no one check to even see if your loved ones showers or ate. This place need some real help. They don’t seem to care about their residents at all. They sell you that they’re going to take care of your loved ones but they do not. A couple residents say they’ve been attacked by other residents. There is never anyone there. It’s despicable. Looking at all the other reviews I can see new management hasn’t made a difference. You should feel ashamed of yourselves.

My mother has been in this facility for the last 4 years. This is a wonderful facility, the staff is very caring & very attentive of the residents: I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for a loved one.

the place was horable there was a case of bed bugs 2 times and the staff were not even cleaning the rooms or taking care of the people, this place is discusting for the price that you pay there that is ridiculous. This place should not be in biusness if it was up to me it would be shut down even demolished. Even many staff quit and no body takes their job secirously.

I would recommend Bayside Terrace to anyone looking for an Assisted Living or Memory Care for their family members. The new management staff has really started to turn things around and I can certainly see the difference. I am excited for what the future holds for this community, the staff and the residents. You can tell that the new management team really cares for the residents and their well being.

The new director Melissa has worked hard to make positive change which she has achieved. Adrian is excellent and excels at what he does in memory care and i feel confident that my dad is receiving good care and attention. There were minor ups and downs during the change over process of the new staff but all has settled and resolved . I do not know the other staff members by name although I'm quite sure they are doing well also Thank you
