My daughter who has severe anxiety has been speaking to Dr Kunins and He has been wonderful but his prescription staff has been very rude (tone of voice, professionalism and explanation of situations) horribly. The person we spoke to made my daughter feel bad on so many levels. We are thinking about changing due to this member who should not be in her position. As wonderful as Dr Kunins is he should have a better staff member.

I LOVE DR.K, he actually gave me my life back, I’ve been seeing him for years with NO problem, I was currently in Boston for an emergency with my child and did not realize my phone was not getting service so I missed my appointment called the office the next morning to explain see about an appointment! Well they will not give me an appointment until I’m going to go without meds for two weeks and I asked if Dr. K was aware of this and I said I’d go to any office I can’t go without my meds I’m going to be burying my aunt this is not the time and they don’t care if I could only talk to him I don’t know what to do but I’m just very disappointed that they could be like that! Dr. Kunins takes time to truly listen to you and work with you through life's everyday struggles. He has helped me get through the death of my mother and overcome severe depression. I highly recommend him.

An acquaintance had attempted a week ago due to a manic phase and she had requested Seroquel to assist with the manic bipolar. Craig Kunins told my acquaintance that she cannot gain anymore weight, and that she is fine and it will pass.

My initial visit and evaluation went very well and a diagnosis of PTSD was determined, so proper medication could be prescribed. Dr. Kunins helped me understand, while there is no cure for PTSD, symptoms can be managed. I hope through therapy and Dr. Kunins help I can find my way to a "normal" and happier life. He is also a pleasant person which helps. Thank you.
