Dr Braun has done 3 surgeries for me in the past. He is always professional and kind . He really takes the time to talk about your medical issues and options. I highly recommend him to others and I have referred him to my son and sister.

I got to my appointment 20 min early got shown to the room got asked a few questions and proceeded to wait 75 min to see the Dr for 10 min. Hope the next appointment I see the Dr at my appointment time. I work too

I did not see Dr Braun I saw his PA Seth who did a great job explaining what was going on with my pain gave me the options and what I could expect. I was not in the waiting room for more than 15 mins including check in. Allinall I had a great experience and will continue to go to this office with any orthopaedic issues I have.

Dr. Braun and his PA are both fantastic. Front desk staff is awful completely lacking in any customer service for patients. Rude abrasive unfriendly and not helpful. I love the doctor but it is getting to the point that I will move to another provider rather than deal with such rudeness each time I call or have an appointment.

My husband was treated for a broken wrist by Dr Braun’s office. I must say I was very unhappy with the service and results. In fact the wrist appears worse than when we initially went to see him after the injury. I felt as though the only solution was surgery from the viewpoint of the Dr. when at the first visit the Xrays looked like the bone was realigned. The medical assistant was rude and uncaring. It is a real disappointment.
